Room was excellent. We had a Medina suite, with a sitting room and two bathrooms. The food in the restaurants was generous and of high quality. The service was good. With tourism down in Egypt, the cost of the room was very reasonable. Nothing to dislike.

Just about everything. Staff, facilities, food, service, spa to name a few The lobby (I think the hotel deserves a much more lavish entrance).

The hotel is too much below my expecation in terms of its entrance, facilities, furniture, and room size. It is not suitable for those who look for luxury and relaxation.

Quiet hotel, friendly staff, easy to go everywhere: pyramids, Islamic Cairo, new Cairo, felucca ride, the opera house. It's my cozy place in Cairo. Dinning in the room menu "must" be improved and the chefs so.

I spent in this hotel 3 nights in Madina Junior suite as woman / solo traveller...fully recommend to all women who travel alone :) I booked travel guide and although I stayed in Cairo during demonstration, staff and concierge was great as they called us to check if we are in safe and ok...also staff took excellent care of rooms, cleaned in very good way, bed prepared for night.... I travel worldwide a lot and so can declare that enjoyed my stay in this hotel...also breakfast buffet had very good offer, waiters were very kind and took maximum care....sure will come back to this hotel again... Also fully recommend Osmani restaurant with great turkish / egyptian meals Unfortunatelly swimming pool was closed due to reconstruction what could be announced on the official website

Kempinski Hotel was an Oasis in the dessert. The rooms were so comfortable and the bed was better than the bed I have at home. It was truly a luxurious experience. Nothing was too much for any staff member. The view of the Nile was amazing from our room. Do not book anywhere else. The food was excellent. The hotel is not in South Africa!! We need this hotel chain in our country!!

Service and Ammenities was excellent. Possibly one of our best hotels we have stayed in. Little touches like free can's of cooldrinks, free movies definately added a special touch. No immediate shops close by to buy snacks etc..
