Location is perfect.
We observed small bugs. Wi-Fi is very poor.
Cleanliness Friendly staff
Rooms are very comfortable Facilities, Services Hotel location
Hotel entrance and Pool is too small Hygiene Quality is not high
Always you have to ask for things to be available at the room even if you request the same things many times
The position, view on Nile river ,service and confort . Furthermore ,feel real safe in Hotel .
The traffic to reach or get out Cairo down town ,but traffic is part of Cairo .
WIFI Bathroom needs to be better and fixed.
hotel isn't clean, staff are very bad, housekeeping kept always waking me up though DND was on the door, security made a problem for my wife and i had to present my original marriage certificate to the front desk! bell boy didn't pick language last day and i had to check out myself
I like the room
Staff ,staff ,and staff they didn't deserve to work in 5 stars hotel. When I upgrade my room they told me ur room will be ready after one hour and I wait for 2 hours !!! also when I check the upgrade by booking.com the different was 10$ and they asked me to pay 50$!! and they made it 20$ after argue. More than one time when I went to the reception the staff guy talking via his mobile while im front of him and tlak to him !! (thats happen 2 times) poor meeting room.
The location, the staff and the service
The lobby is pretty small. There is no big lounges.
I like the location
The Wi Fi was poor and slow
Great location and value for the money. Service oriented staff.
The Blue restaurant a little disappointing.
Staff - fantastic service throughout hotel Food - excellent restaurants Rooms - a bit on the small side but very well equipped Location - short walk to museum, Nile views
The warmth of the room, comfort of the bed, nile view and the generousity of house keeping
The unavailability of the reserved room upon arrival,,, had to wait two hours at the lobby!
Room and bathroom very nice.
As all Egypt hotels staff need more improvement in soft skills.
i liked the hotel and the room service because there were very fast to bring the the order or anything else..
i did not like the way they communicate in the reciption.
All things are good
The location of this hotel is not very good
Although I have requested the room service to take the food table twice, no body showup and had to sleep n a room with food smell
We chose this hotel for the name but turned out to be a total disappointment. What's worse is that the rooms were dirty and smelly. The hotel didn't accommodate any of the requests we had to complain to booking.com who contacted the hotel manager on our behalf and requested we get a refund to relocate to another hotel. We checks out after one night only which I believe was a waste of money, time and efforts.
A very friendly staff, nice stay and a very good location
Nice rooms; very attentive staff; fabulous views of the Nile
Great hotel if you're with your other half or on business and want intimacy or quiet; if, however, you like to sit in a grand hotel lobby and watch people go by, this isn't the place for you as the public spaces are small and cosy - try the Intercon Semiramis instead.
They charge me for late sickout even I paid for tow nights while I stayed one night ??? Was un faire for my opinion sense I am a frequent traveller and it happened where I sickin early , due to flight schedule ? Also it was not a high season .
Excellent stay, just wish it was for more than one night!
