The location close to the water with snokeling facilities was fantastic. Some of the service personell was up to standard. Bad organization in the restaurants. Always missing things. Reception was not up to standard to support. Bartenders did not appriciate their jobs and consequently the bar enviroments were messy. |

First, I admire of this hotel from first sight but when I relate with hotel stuff I recognize that very bad hotel stuff bad manner also the Food is very very bad and they doesn't has any Food experince, the Water in the bathroom is very small we enter the batheroom of the lobby aslo my friend Hazem He didn't take his comfort with his girlefriend. |

The hotel was excellent. I never forget the first moment, when i stepped into the room! Beautiful sight, blue sea, clean room, bathroom, clean beach! Everything was really wonderful. I am sure, if next time i go and visit Hurghada, i will choose this hotel again. I recommend this hotel everybody. Solo traveller or with friends or family, i am sure, everybody will spend here a marvellous vacation. |

it was at the beach, but it was the other side of town! I bocked it for 5 nights & they charged me 210 $, when I got there I found out that I was charged twise the price of the room coz I bocked it online! the hotel is under construction! no facilities , the Jakuzi picture is fake it did not exist!! electricity was shut twise, air conditioning didn't work till the last night!! |

L'acceuil des employés, reception, plage, animation, et restaurant, ils étaient tous sympa et prets à aider et renseigner. L'endroit ou se trouve l'hotel, puis je regrette en étant les seuls, italien,grecque, on se sentaient comme 2 étrangers au milieu de 99% de russes, meme l'animation le soir était pratiquement en russe, malheureusement on ne comprenaient rien..... |

Schiffe ankern direkt vor dem Strand, die meisten Mitarbeiter sind nicht bemüht und unfreundlich, die angebotenen Speißen sind fast immer ident und von niedriger Qualität, ebenso Getränke (werden immer warm ausgeschenkt), Gläser waren fast immer verschmutzt und teilweise zu wenig vorhanden |

Отличное соотношение цена-качество, двухкомнатный номер, очень стараются менеджеры отеля совершенствовать состояние отеля. Интернет должен быть в номере. Желательно иметь настольную лампу для чтения, в номере слабое освещение. |

Vädret, havet Personalen är inte upp till "speed" med Internationella standards, att ge detta hotell fyra stjärnor är helt fel, borde varit tre. Det är läget på hotellet som räddar vistelsen. |

Het hotel ligt meteen aan het strand waar je overdag lekker kunt luieren. Het hotel is vrij basic, maar voor de prijs kun je ook geen luxe verwachten. Kamers waren wel ruim en proper. Goed te doen voor een weekje ertussenuit. langer dan een week niet doen. |
