I loved the Mediteranian restaurant, quiteness of the hotel as well as friendliness of the staff yes, the hotel should be renewed as 5 stars hotel and the hotel wasn't very clean, i have faced a problem with the cash machine during my stay, the electricity brokedown while i was trying to withdraw money from it, it happened to some people and i hope they solve this propblem to avoid inconenience. |

Very helpfull stuff, checkin was so easy Comfort was very poor, they started knocking on my door since 9 am.. Once was house keeping, then someone checking the mini-bar, then someone knocked by mistake, noise outside as well was unaccepted! |

The hotel is highly conveniently located for the Giza pyramids tourist locations as well as being relatively near to the new 'Smart Village' business park development on the Alexandria road. For such a brand, and in such a location, the fabric of the hotel is tired, worn and in desperate need of refurbishment. This is one of the least comfortable Le Meridien's I have come across worldwide. |

Pyramids is close to this hotel. very big room, clean and wired internet supply. price of internet is acceptable. breakfast is good Too far away from downtown. no metro station besides. it is a little expensive and too much tax included. |

Onestamente abbiamo apprezzato soltanto la vista delle piramidi dalla nostra stanza nel quarto piano. Dista molto però da essere un albergo a cinque stelle sotto gli standard americani ed europei di qualità alberghiera. La porta non riconosceva la carta magnetica a chiave e quindi bisognava provare diverse volte fino a non trovare l'angolazione e la pressione perfetta che scatassi il sistema di chiusura, la moquette era sporchissima, la porta del bagno non si chiudeva bene, una delle lampade da tavolino era rotta e quindi non si accendeva (il paralume era attacato alla struttura praticamente da un filo), il microfono della doccia era di quelle reperibili dai negozi cinesi (che va pure bene ma non per un albergo a 5 stelle), le lenzuola erano sporche (visibilmente macchiate), abbiamo trovato addirittura una mosca congelata all'interno di un pezzo di ghiaccio nel ristorante!!! |

Personnel très prévenant, chambres spacieuses, piscine avec vue sur pyramide, repas corrects, propreté de l'hôtel Travaux bruyants et qui gâchent le paysage mais n 'occasionnent aucune excuse de la part des responsables de l'hôtel,impossible de rester 1 mn dans le hall sans que l'on vous demande si vous avez besoin d'aide ou de quitter l'hôtel par ses propres moyens sans que cela pose un petit problème vis à vis du personnel. Mooi hotel met uitgebreide, goede en vriendelijke service. Speciaal dit hotel gekozen vanwege een (mooi) zwembad (voor ons kind), maar zwembad was niet open (werd verbouwd). Een behoorlijke tegenvaller. Dergelijke informatie moet op een site beschikbaar zijn (bepaalt mede de keuze). |
