Friendly staff. Nice atmosphere. Lovely views of Nile. A bit of an oasis.

Very tired hotel. Imagine it costs a lot to maintain, hence the higher than necessary room rates. Uncomfortable, old beds. Staff in shops are desperate for sales and hassled us. Watch out for salad - don't risk it! One of us missed out on Abu Simbel tour due to eating salad at hotel restaurant.

Loved watching the bird life and the sun setting over the Nile. The pools were great. Breakfast buffet was good.

Liked it all really.

Fabulous location on the River Nile. A very relaxing stay.

The hotel gardens and view of the Nile are awesome. The boat ride back and fourth to hotel is fun.

The Nile view from the room was beautiful. The island itself is lovely to walk around and enjoy the view and take pictures. Sailing to and from the island was an enjoyment and an added advantage. The room was spacious.

The TV was old (not flat screen) and some of the channels were not clear. The towels need to be laundered with more fresh smelling detergent.

The Pyramisa Aswan is an excellent hotel, and we hope to stay there again. In particular, the facilities - rooms, restaurants and pool - are excellent. Although the packed lunch we ordered for our trip to Abu Simbel was very poor, the hotel staff responded fantastically and comprehensively addressed the issue when we complained to them, and in every other respect (before and after this) we had a great time here. In particular, the food in the restaurants was very good and Mr Nasser, Sayed Ali and Mohammed from the restaurant were very helpful.

rooms are not clean verw well, the decortion of the room is ugly and seems not finished, There is no hot water all day long, but only in the evening!... in all the hotel there is a smell of cold smoke which make wyou feel hill, food is very very bad, the breakfast buffet is not eatable at all... also as the ferry to go to the city is not very often so sometime i feel as prisoner in this not so big island.

The location was wonderful and the Nile view fantastic. The room was clean and the staff very friendly.

Part of the hotel was closed down because of a lack of guests - this was understandable and environmentally responsible, but it also limited the offers in the hotel.

Good location away from centre but close to it. Very nice gardening. Room is big enough for three people and good view from balcony. Ferry is very convenient to the centre.

The Internet is very slow and electricity was shut down without any inform. Buffy is a bit too much charge.

I liked that it was on a peaceful island with lovely gardens to walk around. The pools were fantastic and the breakfast included was good.

In urgent need of a refresh...maybe it was a 5-star in 1976.

Gardens were exceptional and well maintained. The round island walk is good. One also feels safe on the island.Food excellent.

Although the hotel is well located its design is out of character with Aswan and the facilities are somewhat outdated and need upgrading such as the pool area seating and canopies.Dinning room and bar areas. And some bedroom fittings. I know Egypt has little money presently but some small spending would make a lot of difference. I would stay there again. What happened on the night of Wednesday 4th April with the 1000 odd Nubians arriving wanting their island back again ? My flight was with Thomas Cook this has been told to them.

Die schön gestaltete Anlage auf der Nilinsel ermöglicht einen wirklich erholsamen Aufenthalt, der nach Wunsch mit Besichtigungen historischer Baudenkmale u.a. angereichert weden kann. Diese Kombination gibt es im Niltal zu diesem Preis m.E. woanders nicht.

Den Leistungen der Küche fehlt der Pfiff, so dass das Preis-Leistungs-Verhältnis hier nicht befriedigen kann. Für`s Abendessen empfehle ich Restaurants in der Stadt.

1.Le fait que l'hôtel est sur un petit île. 2.Les deux grandes piscines. 3.La chambre "chalet" est très grande.

1.Les navettes entre l’île et la ville départ tous les 30 mns, on peut attendre longtemps. 2. Vieuillaud. 3. Le ménage n'est pas fait sur le balcon. L'eau du robinet coule jaune au début pendant quelques minutes. 3. Cher. 4.Au petit déjeuner,les meilleurs tables du restaurants sont "réservé" pour un groupe de touriste.

Grosszügige Anlage eben auch auf einer Insel, weg vom Lärm

Könnte eine Renovierung vertragen.

L’hôtel est situé sur une ile en face d'Assouan. Il est très calme : pas de klaxons des voitures et pas de muezzine le matin. En plus avec deux grands piscines c'est très agréable de pouvoir se reposer après les visites.

لا أنصح بهذا الفندق.... إلا في الضرورة.

- gedateerd meubilair - ontbijt niet van het niveau van 3 sterren hotel zelfs weinig keuze; brood was niet erg vers geen rookvrij gedeelte om te ontbijten en geen rookvrij gedeelte in de lobby om even rustig te internetten

l'hotel è ben tenuto, personale molto cordiale, c è una bella piscina con giardino, camera spaziosa, si trova su un isolotto, ogni dieci minuti la barca dell'hotel porta vicino al centro. L'albergo è grande,ma tranquillo. Ci siamo trovati bene
