Lovely reception area, nice room (large and clean). During check-in, the hotel had no idea about the booking and took 2 hours to allocate us a room (and did not allow us to check out late). Food was poor - had to ask for omlette to be cooked again 3 times (would you eat a runny omlette)? Location is far from the main areas (Naam Bay) and has no sandy beach! |

Every thing in hotel is exellant from rooms to sea&swimming pool. Even the buffee is V.good food& healthy, servise more than worm& profisional, little things in room like flowers give me pleasure . thanks very much. |

swimming and snorkling. Hotel Location is far from city and they didn’t have enough or regular coach to city center. its very hard to deal with the taxi drivers as they are not polite and don't use the taxi meter so you must be good in bargaining. |
