Very friendly and helpful staff. Good food. Very nice setting (the hotel occupies a whole island in the Nile). It is fairly close to the monuments in Luxor.

Too many insects to deal with all the time.

The pools were lovely and big and service was impeccable

The spa was very average but charged expensive prices for the fact they had limited equipment. The sauna and steam room should be free to guests

I had asked for a room with a view of the but we didn't get this view of spa instead. Our room smelt of smoke.

Very friendly and helpful staff, well maintained spread out property right next to the river Nile, great breakfast and accomodative chef ready to prepare the customised dishes for us vegetarians, taxies available at reasonable rates for city tour, well maintained three swimming pools with one being infinity pool facing Nile river, Nice size small zoo with cute little animals. Overall we felt very comfortable and decided to extend our stay for another day.

Bungalow rooms were great. The infinity pool and tropical surroundings are stunning.

No evening entertainment what so ever! Mini supermarket prices were shocking £18 for suncream. Limited dinner choice onsite and on the room service menu.

gym,pools,bungalows, setting. , zoo, grounds, great breakfast, views over nile are gorgeous , front desk service very good...all in all a fabulous deal for the price..... i did move to a hotel in town later in the week and regretted it..bungalows in a natural setting are a million times better then a dusty hotel room although was nice to be in luxor town for few days

location...one time i did try to get a taxi to town I had to ask a couple of times,,,it was confusing and took about. 40 minutes to organise...spa was expensive for what it was ,, cheaper then uk prices but not by much

More outdoor shaded areas with fans would be helpful - the options seemed to be inside air conditioning or nothing Children's pool didn't seem as clean as the adult ones - more flies floating around, more grit in the water, etc.

A top level resort. Very nice pools. Nice gardens. Quiet. Good food with buffet for all tastes. Attentive staff. I recommend this hotel without restriction. My greetings to the director who came greet us while we were eating at "La Fleur" restaurant.

I liked everything about the hotel: it's location, the staff and the facilities. I think it's one of the most charming, relaxing and friendly places in the world.

The Hotel was located on the island in the East Bank of the Nile river. It is a nice place with relaxing atmosphere outside of busy Luxor.It has beautiful gardens and well trained staff.The room's cleaning is good, the room is fair size, the bed is comfortable with a choice of pillows.

But this is not a 5 star hotel. I would give it 4 star. To be a 5 star hotel it needs some improvement especially in restaurant facilities and room services.The patio furniture is too old and needs to be changed. My room was room number x04 and it had obvious problem with the shower.Besides I did not find a bath robe and slippers provided in other rooms beside.Another problem is a smoking main lobby which is difficult for non smokers travelers.They have to install a better air condition system or somehow get rid of that tobacco smell.Overall it is ok hotel and I would recommend it to my friends.

Overall a good atmosphere and good staff

Big problem for us was the Belgian travel agent party which went on until 2am on the 24th November Even though we were advised by letter and offered another room option the noise was far too much and too late. While I understand you want to get more business we felt this was at the expense of the guests staying there on the 24th and I am sure the Belgian Travel agents would have understood if their party had finished at 12pm.. On this basis we will not be staying at the Hotel again or recommending it to other people. Also bed was too hard

the garden setting which lent itself to the private bungalows for accommodation. the beauty of the nile and the peaceful sounds of birds the security of the grounds yet not too far out of Luxor a short shuttle bus ride away privacy and peace are a luxury in noisy and bustling Luxor. Efficient and freindly staff whoi didnt try and sell you tours etc. A varied and sumptous buffet breakfast.

It is good that the staff is friendly but at the same time not invasive. They respect the client and they do not try to sell services or other things. This is highly appreciated in Egypt...
