Luxory room with all the facilities.Very clean,comfortable bed, spacious & fantastic service.Beautiful view with good food.I recomend to anybody.Infact thinking to come back again Unable to use the beach/public beach is rather small |

1. Big comfortable appartment 2. Nice big swimming pool 1. Food and service - breakfast wasn't impressive, a-la-carte and buffet were expensive and not at all value for money. Servers at Al Forno italian restaurant were irritating. 2. Long way to the beach - only by bus completely overcrowded in the morning. 3. Room service - not bad, but we noticed that once the housekeeper didn't change towels but just put one accurately like it was a new one. 4. Reception - a man at the reception told me there is no computer with internet access at the hotel. However it was one, I found it just before check out. Still when I urgently needed internet I had to go to Naama Bay and search it all over. |

The room was an amazing value for the price with a breakfast buffet that I enjoyed very much. While I felt I was incredibly careful about what I ate I still encountered some minor stomach issues. A day after having some juice for breakfast I noticed ice cubes in the juices to keep them cool which might have been the cause of the issues. I also tried to communicate that I did not want house cleaning services and this was impossible even though I mentioned it every day to the front desk. Eventually someone had enough sense to give me a do not disturb sign but it was about 5 days of being woken up before someone told me that was an option. There hadn't been one in my room when I first got there. |

I liked walking & green areas, spacious room & bath, shuttle bus, free in-room internet access, tv channels Far from city center & downtown, no complimentay water & coffee, restaurant, extremely high prices of food. |

Spacious rooms and bathroom. Very competetive price. Magi and Mustafa are very helpful persons and have smily face all time for help. The staff at the reception needs to be very helpful and stop saying call me after 5 or 10 min. I understand they are under pressure but customers needs to be helped promptly. The hotel is far away from the center but there are free transport from hotel to neama bay and to the beach. The hotel beach is not for kids since there is no sand beach, it goes 8 meter deep directly. |

Je n y ai sejourne que deux nuits et uniquement pour des raisons pratiques (proximite aeroport )mais cet hotel ne correspond en rien a mes attentes de vacances mais dans le style club il ne doit pas etre pire qu un autre voir correct pour ce que j en ai vu Le passage incessant des avions au dessus de la tete est insupportable l |

Vriendelijk personeel en kwalitatief goede dienstverlening. Het aanbod van de shuttlebus tussen het hotel en Naama Bay was onvoldoende. Tussen 18:00 uur en 22:00 uur is er geen bus naar Naama Bay en de laatste bus gaat om 23:00 uur retour naar het hotel. Het uitgaangsleven begint pas na 00:00 uur. |
