Good organized new years eve party. Fair garden. Crap champagne for 70USD, dirty, I mean really dirty room and common places. Cheap design. Swarms of mosquitos in the room. Ages of waiting at the reception at check in/out. |

Staff very kind & friendly. Pool very quite & clean. Food is good enough for a hotel, egyptian desserts delicious. If you are looking for a quite side, this is your hotel. If you need somethig just need to ask for three times or more & wait for a lot of egyptian minutes, but you`ll get it. They will try to give you the older rooms totally diferent to the photos. The new ones are good, the olders are ugly with very dirty wc. They try to close the pool much before the timetable, even putting the chemicals with people inside. The diving club people don`t answer the emails for booking. I did the diving booking with another club for this reason. |

the breakfast was good and i enjoy it alot and the shuttl bus as well they have the worst staff at the reception, i mean the worst at all I never meet a carless staff like that, and the hotel is dead without any activity... |

Hotel staff is helpful and rooms are clean also good value for money. Since 5 years they had good beach which is not available at all now, Really I don't recommend at all anyone to go there The hotel beaches are very poor either Palma beach coral or Mexicana sandy beach. Both are public beaches so you will not like to go there also the swimming pool is very crowd and you should walk up at 7:00 am to reserve chairs around the pool or you will not find any place to sit down. Tourists there put there towels on the grass just to have a setting area. |

The hotel was very comfortable and a great value for the money. The decor and landscaping was also nicely done and felt as if it had received considerable attention. While it was not located right on the water, the hotel did provide shuttle services to and from two beaches and the center of Naama Bay. The hotel beach was a bit quiet and underpopulated and rocky compared to those of other hotels, though this could be due to its location on the periphery of the hotel beach area. The shuttles into Naama Bay also began quite late (9 pm), while those from the beach came back a bit early (4:30 pm). |

The price was great. The staff at the reception were very helpful. The staff in the restaurant were friendly and nice. When I first checked in, there was no one to show me to my room. Someone in the front just pointed to the back. It took me 15 minutes to find my room. In most hotels, there is a person there to walk you to the room. I didn't like the fact that I had to carry all my suitcase around and look for my room when I didn't know where it was. |

Comfortable and quite, taxi is always available to Na'ama Bay but be careful only pay 25 L.e. over all the experience was quality for value quite remote from everythings althought a 5min taxi ride gets you to na'ama bay or old market.... |

Stilte, goed airconditioning, shuttle service naar coral beach Locatie, het eten (ontbijt) , dienstverlening bijna 0, gebuik van pesticiden om 5:30 PM - gasten moesten naar hun kamers en geen gebuik meer maken van swembaden (de mooiste tijd van de dag moesten wij uit de zwembad en bijna 30 minuten binnen blijven ramen en deuren dicht.
