We had a nice view of the Pyramids from our room. Proximity to the Pyramids was nice. Staff was friendly.
They had a band playing that started at 8 PM and went until 11 PM or so. The speakers pointed right at our room and it was so loud it was hard to sleep. It was nice, traditional music though.
Food, Pool, Rooms, Staff, Clean, Comfortable, relaxing,
Location is good near to the pyramids, staff are friendly. Breakfast is ok but no fresh juices. a good swimming pool that was open all the time, not stopping at night.
We didn't get the King Bed that we asked for, we had to sleep each one on his bed. there were some lumps not working in our room. Wifi is not free.
we liked the bed room only
we didn't like the entertainment , the music which was played at the cafe on the pool actually it was annoying , the room was so dirty when we first entered the room and the fruit which was served was old and uneatable.
I liked the location; close to the pyramids. Pool is nice and big. We got a bungalow room with a garden outdise.
Parking is mostly full. Furniture is old ;need renovation, internet not fast;a bit noisy.
Nice spacious room, very nice swimming pool
Room service very slow, and not what yu ordered
Room view, pool, breakfast.
Had terrible expirience with the Taxi/Tours service inside the hotel. On the arrival we asked if the pyramids are far and they said the place is too far from the hotel, we won't be able to walk to the pyramids and tried to persuade us to take their overpriced taxi. Actually the pyramids are in 20 min walk from hotel. We asked if they can find a Russian speaking guide for us. They said they have found one. But when we came to the pyramids to meet our guide it turned out the guide doesn't speak Russian at all. They said no Russian speaking guide can be found in Giza. Even if it is true, we should have been notices about it in advance. And the guide turned out to be on a horse. We were not notified of it as well, and didn't want to go by horse, especially taking into account that the carriage was two small for three of us and price of the horse trip was much more than we were told walking tour would cost. So during all the tour most of the guide comments were nothing more than just persuasion to take a horse trip, he even lied us about gates for tourists being on the other side of the attraction and nearest one being only for carriages. Regarding information provided us during the "tour" - ther was a little of it and nothing interesting. I don't think the guid has any aducation or knowledge required for the work - more likely just a horse rider learned a couple of dates. In some placed like small tombs, he waited us outside in order to let other people tell us about the place and ask us for "bakshish". After the "tour" he even tried to lead us to some parfume shop... Not expected anything like that from the guide provided by 5 star hotel...
home service no entertainment
If you want to have a pyramids view, it's great.. The best person that we meet in Cairo, was a men his name is "hossam" and he always stay outside of the hotel with his taxi, he was very nice, friendly and he brought to us to the best places in Cairo and near locations , very cheap.. if you really want to know well Cairo I recommend look for him in front of the hotel.
*Bad, crowded and noise lobby *infernal music all the time *The pool and the gym close 6 pm *wifi is an extortion. *bad breakfast * NEVER try to book any tour with the hotel, hidden costs !!! *3 stars ..
Rooms and pool
Food was horrible as we paid on the room rate to have breakfast/sohour but the breakfast/sohour buffet was extremely cheap with no variaty at all just breans, corn flakes and some cheese and jam. what was missing was all kind of bakeries and eggs station.
the offer said inclulde everthing when i come to pay they ask extra city tax?? why?
Internet not free
Location Swimming Pool Outdoor Service Breakfast Night Show was excellent
Night shift receptionist was very rude Otherwise all staff were very friendly
Privacy, room design, cleanliness, atmosphere, staff were friendly and professional
The pyramids view, staff and facilities
Location is amazing, next to pyramids. Rooms write not bad actually. But seems due lack of tourists Egypt has problems with management control and services presented aren't so good.
Food was very poor. Breakfast wasn't up to 5 stars hotel at all. Pool bar had no fresh juices or any fruits at all. No animation or any kind of entertainment except local wedding parties in the hotel with loud music and specific side effects. Territory of the hotel ain't clean, the chair seat around the pool were not cleaned or organized during the whole time spent there. Services are pretty expensive with no satisfaction upon receiving. Taxi is available but not pleasant prices. I wouldn't recommend this hotel as 5 stars, unfortunately not more than 3.
Ambience, good staff
Wifi should be free
The pool was large and clean, the staff specially the gardeners where polite and helpful- overall it was a good experience and we will go there again.
Staff is very nice & the hotel is cool
the room is poor even they don't put a welcome tea or water also there is no free WI FI poor Bar they must have disco or night club

The pool was a little cooled. But grate service and wonderful staff.

The wifi is very bad, not signal at all eventhough you need to pay a lot for it (usd20 per day... Crazy!!) and with poor signal The food was not good at all Given that cairo is such a messy city, i will prefer more guidance from the hotel staff They didnt have an electronic adaptator and saying they will give one
The staff, the room ,the cleanliness of the hotel
The open buffet dinner was poor not much varities in food.
