Moevenpick Resort El Sokhna  

The location is fantastic , the nature view was wonderfull , activities and entertanment was very good one

The front desk staff were very poor and treatment wasn't good , check in at 3:00 pm and check out at 12:00 which is not fair , i asked for a late check out in one room and it's my right but they refuse

All the staff specially at the reception ( Mahmoud,Amr, Ahmed ) and the housekeeping I want to thank all of them to help me for preparing my husband`s birthday. Also I want to make a very special thanks to the chief he is really more than wonderful for his well-done food and also his variety.

The beach, beautiful surroundings with sea and mountains.

The noise in the dining room (no sound absorbtion) but outside was much better.

Pool was excellent with a direct view on the sea. Room with a lovely sea view.

Staff weren't not friendly nor professional. Room wasn't a 5 star hotel room, it was more like a 3 star room. No mini- refrigerator. Bathroom and bed weren't comfortable nor clean.

very nice place , peaceful & good weather. staff was so polite & can control the whole hotel with serving visitors during high season.

i went during high season, so it was so expensive.

The atmospher was lovely, the service was excellent. Overall i loved it.

The hotel location is one of the best locations in Sokhna, you can enjoy sitting by the pool while enjoying the beach at the same time.

Food quality and variety are very poor, they serioydly Need to hire a better cheff. Air condition in the room is freezing no matter how you turn up the temperature, we had to turn it off eventually. Baby crib was broken we had to ask for another one. The pool doesn't have heating system so the water was freezing.

I liked the blend of relaxation and excitement at the same time, we enjoyed every minute there. Staff are very professional and so helpful. Hotel is very clean in every spot. Food was delicious, fresh and has a lot of varieties. Entertainment was available over the weekend (Marwa & Ahmed) they were great and gave us enjoyment with foreign and Arabic songs. Definitely we wish we could go back again at the earliest chance with the whole family

No atm facility, you have to go out for an atm machine.

Friendly Staff. Good Location and sea view. Good food but not super as I expected. My young daoughter enjoyed activities which the animation team arranged for kids.

Housekeeping should be more attentive to the room cleaning. Main restaurant is relatively small in the indoor space for the hotel. However, you can enjoy having your food in the outer terrace as far as it is not raining.

Sauna & steam aren't for free and there's no Jacuzzi No heated Pool (water was too cold to swim in January)

Position near to cairo, view, landscapes. Open buffet was good

Staff not well trained, loudy groups, no jet sky.

Staff was friendly and very helpful , it was very child friendly with so many activities for both me,my wife and my children , food and breakfast was nice with many choices , room was clean with nice see view , the most I like swimming pool and private beech,we enjoy our stay

The price of the room is high compared to the time of year

The Hotel by all means is not a 5 stars hotel. The Hotel is calm and is good for relaxation. The view was Ok but not super as many mentioned in the reviews. The food was Ok but as it is always the case there was a mess when selecting the varieties of food. A line up sign will help.

I have enjoyed my holiday in the hotel,the view there is facinating , i would like to repeat my visit to the hotel frequently but if it is in less rate or price as we r afamily of three and it costs us a lot if it is in repeated visits ,i hope u can send me prices if in a share time in the resort or if u send me an offer of special prices from now and then.thank u for your concern.
