AC was noisy in my room.
Friendly staff. Friendly and Room is clean , comfortable. Luxor Highlight day tour was excellent.
Pickup Driver had a problem. He dropped us wrong bus terminal and didn't explain anything. Just requested money. We almost missed the bus.
Almost everything, since the staff was very very very nice, he even let us stay after checkout, in a free room for 2 hours for me and my friends, to take shower. And everyone was very helpful. Must-book if you're going to Luxor. It is very cheap yet very satisfying ! And by the way, I'm confused why there were only very few tourists staying there, considering it's a great hotel.
No swimming pool, but compared to what this hotel has to give you, it's nothing! You have Nile in very close to the hotel.
The staff was very unhelpful. The staff was not educated it trainee on how to deal with local not foreign tourists
The only thing good about the hotel is their location since it is close to Luxor atemple. But there are other hotels in the area that offers the same quality of room with much, much lower price!
The room is too small, untidy and the toilet/bath is not cleaned/very dirty. The staff was not well dressed and were poor in English. We didn't stay in this hotel although I was charged for one full day stay because the price is too high for the great room and service they claimed online, which is a total haux!
The location is superb, the roof top restaurant is great for an evening meal and the view is spectacular, all the staff are very helpful and friendly.
Amazing rooftop, with a great view. Very friendly staff. Great location, close to everything you might need.
Awful rooms, awful breakfast, Aircon didn't work in 3 rooms we tried. Shower flooded another room.
The locations was excellent, the rooms were clean and stylish, the food was delicious and reasonable priced (plus you can chose to eat in your room, on the roof, or on the street patio), and the rooftop terrace has a view of the Nile and Luxor temple that is absolutely stunning. Not to mention, the staff went above and beyond to make my stay unforgettable. They were very respectful, they helped me book my tours (sunrise balloon ride and sunset felucca cruise) through their awesome agency and they even gave me tips on things to be aware of as a female solo traveler. Moreover, I felt at home while at Nefertiti and developed good friendships with the staff. I could not have been happier with my stay!
That I had to leave.
Excellent staff. Friendly and welcoming. Room very comfortable.
The breakfast was nothing special. Previous visit with more tourists it was excellent
Actually the stuff were very friendly and I'm general people of Luxor are very kind
Wifi was so slow and the TV at the room was very small also ...I was not able to c the monitor well
A very good budget hotel, with very good staff. Especially would I like to highlight the evening receptionist and the waiter at the roof top. They gave great advices and helped with all my requests. And they did it all with a smile!
Really friendly and helpful staff, we felt like guests, not customers and were well looked-after and nothing seemed to be too much trouble The hotel is in a great location and the roof terrace has a great view of the Nile, the Avenue of the Sphinxes and Luxor Temple. Good food and a great breakfast finishes this off as a fab budget location.
We have no complaints to report :-)
View from the restaurant at the top.
Extremely limited and small space for taking shower.
Not getting sleep at all due a music shop on the street Everything else Small room Broken AC
Staff - very helpful, somebody you can trust. Anything you need, they can help you with.
My room didn't really have a proper shower, just a tiny corner between WC and the sink without any separation. The trips proposed by the travel agency were a bit pricey - but you don't need to do them if you are in a position to arrange your own.
The hotel and room are really good.Staff are Kind and helpful, with good english. You can go walking to Karnac and Luxor temples.Breakfast is really good.
- Poor food at rooftop terrace - So noisy
- nearly Luxor temple - view Nile river and Luxor temple is very nice in evening on rooftop - food very delicious - near local market - you can buy daytrip at hotel or walk to outside for hire taxi - staff are friendly
We liked the setting of the hotel, the location is excellent and the staff really make you feel welcome and are helpful.
The restaurant upstairs is satisfactory, but we ate better in other places in Luxor.
all of it are very nice，clean room，good hearted staff，good location！especially the staff，always smile，and give you very good suggestion！the most hotel I live in egypt.
Excellent staff. Good food in their restaurant. Terrific tours at reasonable prices. Great tour guides!
View from roof terrace was great. You can enjoy brekfast and watch Luxor temple.
Staff excellent. Helpful. Friendly.
Not the hotel's fault but on both sides are alleys with music and cafe chatter until 2 and 3am every night!
This is a foreign tourist trap you should avoid. They used fake reservation employees (1 guy to play a woman via email and another man via phone). If you inquire about their tours and decide not to join, they will threaten you to say the tours have been confirmed and you have to pay. The price they offer is 2-3 times what you can get from local tourism agencies. The room is just disgusting. Apparently they didn't change linens from last guests stay. There were hair all over the sheets. When I tried to turn over the sheet, I found it was already done. God knows for how long they haven't change the sheet. I eventually slept w/ my jacket and jeans on. There was women's hair on the bathroom floor too, and flood whenever I used the sink. Everything in the room seemed to date from 20 years ago. Check out the a/c and you'll see. Worst of all, the owners/managers made me feel they're gangsters from the street. They probably used faked guests to obtain a high rating here too.
