Great staff, very friendly & helpful. Amazing rooftopview of Luxor temple, which is located directly opposite of the hotel, and an absolutely astonishing view of the mountains with the valley of the kings and queen hatsheputs temple. Best value for money hotel I've ever stayed in, highly recommended when visiting Luxor.

Attention is good, safe place, good arrangement for West Bank Tour. Breakfast is good. Friendly staff

Great location and very friendly staff. When we wanted to change the room, it was immediately changed, our stuff moved while we went out to explore the city. Totally recommend it.

Go for it as simple as that. Very good management Ahmed and Tahir are very friendly to assist. Room was clean and Wifi was also working very fine. Food is also good and the location is amazing. very close to the Luxor hotel and right in middle of the market as well. They arranged for the entire 2 day trip as well. Everything went on track.

It was comfortable and nice. Helpful staff. The roof terrace was really nice, with a great view and good selection of dishes and drinks at a reasonable price. The breakfast buffet had lots of good things, like falafel, cheese, beans, juice, vegetables... Centrally located, close to the Luxor temple. The price was really good too. :)

The room was quite small. Our bathroom was a bit strangely planned, like a corridor with the shower in the middle and the toilet in the back. There was no shower curtain so everything got wet. Also it could have been cleaner, for example at the breakfast buffet, the plates were dirty (don't look at the back side of the plates..). Lots of traffic noise in the evenings.

The terrace has a very good view of the city. Rooms are OK for the price.

The location is great in the sense that is very close to the temple. However, that also means that there is a lot of hassle every time to go out. Tip: it is easier to find the hotel if you go from the temple, otherwise you have to go through the souk (or bazaar).

The owner was nice guy taking good care of the guests. Location was also very good with nice view from the rooftop cafe.

The Nefertiti Hotel was a haven from the hassle! The knowledgeable and friendly staff (thank you Ahmed and Mahmoud!) ensured that we had a really enjoyable stay in Luxor. We organised some excellent and reasonably priced tours that were an excellent and enjoyed some delicious food in the restaurant.

Excellent location and newly refurbished rooms with a very good location and views onto the Nile. Staff make an effort to make guests welcome and help with information and arrangements.

I love the clean towels and linen and the comfortable beds that describes the hotel concept to keep the customers comfortable during our stay. Location is also good which is a bonus !

The staff was very friendly. Special thanks to Ahmed who helped me to get money by visacard. The manager was also helpful and organized me a hot air balloon flight over luxor west bank nile river. I really enjoyed the trip. Good value for money.

Clean and good location

Very helpful and friendly staff, particularly the manager who fixed up all my sightseeing for a very reasonable price. Comfortable bed with warm bedding (it was cold at night!) and basic but adequate (TV, fridge and good lighting) room facilities. Excellent location on the edge of the market and opposite Luxor temple with river view from the roof terrace.

It was very cold in my room and some form of heating would have been welcome. A chair and glass would also have been appreciated.

Location to the Luxor and Karnak temples are in walking distance. Friendly staff who always try to help us. When we came back from the West Bank tour, we could do a shower for free even though we've checked out. And we could check in at 8am which was good since we arrived by sleeping train in the morning. Also, the view from the roof was great.

Since we have to eat breakfast on the roof, it was cold. And the room was a bit cold and small. On our last day, water of the district where our hotel was located was cut off, so we couldn't take a shower or brush our teeth, which was very inconvenient. But that happens almost regularly in Egypt. Otherwise a supurb hotel which I recommend to long-stayers in Luxor.

Great place to stay. Location is for those that want to be close to everything - souq, transport to west bank, east bank temples, town for the evening wondering through town. The roof terrace is amazing both for breakfasts and for those dinners that you dont want to search for new local restaurants - great views on Luxor Temple and sunsets over Nile and good food. Staff is relaxed and is ready to meet your wishes. The rooms are (to a bit of a surprise to me) very nicely decorated and one feels very genuine in them, so one is able to overcome the smell from the batchroom. I was a bit afraid of the noise, but since we stayed on the 4th floor, it was no problem at all.

Stuffs (Mohamed, Veronica, Ahmed all were very friendly and helpful), location (5 mins walk to Luxor Temple), daytrips(probably the cheapest balloon ride in Luxor), the food at the restaurant, view from rooftop.

Nothing really. The bathroom door was broken in my room but didnt matter much. Was a bit noisy at night

The location of the Hotel in the heart of the City offers you an authentic cultural experience of a bustling middle eastern city. Also on your doorstep is a variety of restaurants offering great local dishes on and city market. From initial contact via email the staff were great, friendly and always willing to help. This extended to the organizing of tours to the many historical and recreational attractions on offer.

Great staff, location and roof top vibe.

The attention provided by the manager, and the availability of day tours. We booked all of our tours with the manager, and we were absolutely satisfied with the price and what we saw. Our guide, Hassan for both the Karnak and Luxor temples was really good.

We stayed for five nights here, but somehow, the cook and the attendant during breakfast were suspicious of our stay. We informed them of our room number, but they did not believe us and had to check on us. This experience was very distasteful.

The roof terrace with its restaurant and food where magnificent! It has a great view! The location is also very good.

The rooms and the hotel where very dirty. We only stayed for one night, but the bedlinen hadn't been changed!! We asked for a change of linen, we got a new room, but also in that room the linen hadn't been changed! We recommend the owner to get a better cleaner, as the rest was perfect!
