When I was checking in, they upgraded my room to a really nice, spacious, clean and newly-furnished room. The staff and the management were pretty friendly and helpful The prices are really competitive compared to other options in Cairo, and I got the best value of my money anyways. The elevator is kinda old, but it is working I didn’t know where the mosquitoes are coming from, so they have to take care about that

Hotel located in embassies area- more green and calm and safe then downtown. Beside the Nile river. It was 50%discout price. Location on the google map is correct. Receptionist Momen is really helpfull. -It is very bad that in booking.com you see a lot of choise available room but when i came they told me they dont have rooms only one. -location for looking the city is bad. Far from metro Sadat. They write in info it is 7 min walk from metro Sadat ( central Medan Tahrir square). It is more then 1 km, and all streets is bloked. And even you cant walk or take taxi, you need make big aroud. It is better to walk from metro Saad Zahgloul..10 min. -Not cleaning in the room. From the beginning sheets was not clean.it was diffuculte to ask houskeeping to change it. - you can feel smell of cigarets in the room from outside. - rude main "manager". - no cafe or restaurant in the area. -really poor breakfast. incl 1 egg, 1 gam, bread. Tea or coffe. Really not normal expensive restaurant in the hotel.

Very nice staff, very useful and kind stewards. Really! Good location near Nile, Tahrir Square and Sadat's subway - only 10 minutes by walk. Air condition is only with remote from reception. Bedclothes could be more clean.

the room was very clean and much better than what I thought for such price. The staff is friendly as well. The A/C and hot water run as expected. The location is a big plus unless there's major protests in Tahrir, which is somehow close and can interrupt your way to the hotel. The neighberhood is calm and safe at the hotel anyway there was no remote control for the A/C or the TV. The breakfast starts from 8:30am which is so late for me.

Location My opinion is based on the room I saw and the one night I stayed there. Except the human beings I didn't like much there. It is better to be called a low quality hostel, rather than a hotel.

The website did not work, the telephone number on it was a wrong one, when I e-mailed them about an airport transfer they did not even answer and when I called they told me they did not have any shuttle. However at the hotel it is written transfers are 12$... Also the rooms are rather clean but don't look too much under your bed...

I booked this hotel based on the information on the Booking.com website plus the pictures of the hotel. It isn't so glamorous in reality and is quite difficult to find if you don't know where it is, our taxi driver struggled even after stopping to ask several locals. The hotel is clean and my room was very comfortable and clean, even if basic. I was put in a family room even though I had booked a single for me, and it had five very clean beds, two very clean bathrooms and a sitting area, as value for money this hotel offers great value. I wasn't too enamoured by the breakfast, it was a few breads with a hard boiled egg and a cup of tap water, which, being Cairo, is heavily chlorinated and not recommended for foreign stomachs!! However, I wouldn't let this put me off staying here again, as I would just make my own arrangements for breakfast in future.
