Poor value for the money paid

Non-cooperative management. Transportation (Very overpriced) Internet fee was 27 us dollars per laptop.

The furniture,entrence of the hotel and the security

home service was so bad and the staff in the reception also . i had a problem when i did chick in . they told me they didn't receive conformational latter from Booking.com . I toke more than 30 min to have my room .

Generaly I liked the hotel

Very close to Mall of Arabia and Shekh Zaiyed city

You have to pay for everything even for the hospitality with high rates!

Nothing, one of my worst stays ever, but to be objective the location is good if you have something to do within 6 October City, it's near Mall of Arab and next to the University, so it might make sense if you are not looking for anything in a hotel other than a bed and will probably going to be out of the hotel most of the day. Also, Breakfast wasn't bad, nothing special and not much of options but it was okay and cheap. The restaurant staff were friendly and polite, other staff was not.

Facilities are not good, only one restaurant with not many options. I got a problem in the shower and they didn't bother sending somebody to fix it for hours, literally until I checked out. The staff were very reckless and not understanding, when I said I'm going to make a bad review because of this he replied it is up to me what I want to do! The room had perhaps the worst bathroom I have ever seen in a hotel. To add to the list, the gym is ridiculously useless, very few machine stuffed in a very small room, they don't have Turkish bath although the website says they do, and many others. In a nutshell, if you are looking for a hotel with decent facilities and looking to enjoy your stay in a hotel, this is not the best hotel for you. Certainly not the best staff to deal with especially when you got a problem. (With exception of the restaurant staff they were fine)

The staff are friendly, smiling, and professionals.

It was walking distance from a big mall with movies, restaurants, etc. It has a lovely heated pool and their dinner was very reasonably priced. Overall the hotel is good value for money with friendly and helpfull staff. We will definately recommenend this hotel.

The beds is not comfortable at all.

Whilst I ordered a taxi for the next morning, the travel service guy screwed me over and kept the change (40LE).

Good facility in a good location, probably the nearest to Smart Village.

The sofa in the room was too old and requires rennovation. The laundary service is not 24/7, and their ironing table and iron was in a terrible condition.

Very nice infrastructure and for me very conveniently located in 6th of October where my business took place.

Booking.com reservation wasn't received by hotel and had to wait for 30 minutes on check in. Staff at reception didn't want to call taxi (instead kept pushing to take hotel limo), food was not very good for the price it kept.

clean and simple

I arrived early in the morning and they gave me my room at 9.30 am, which I appreciated very much. The staff was very friendly, breakfast buffet was very good and well organised. If I would travel to Cairo again, I would definitively book this hotel again.

It had a peaceful environment .... The pool was actually heated :)

The steam room was out of order....
