the new swimming pool is very good , the hotel will be the best after opening the new building , thank you for all the hotel staff.

the staff was so friendly and helpful specially the young lady sitting at desk beside the two pc's at the lobby. also the breakfast was nice.

there were flies at the restaurant. parking fees are expensive. shouldn't it be free for guests?

It was perfectly located to fly out the next morning.

Close to the Airport which provide good relaxation before joining the next flight

- Location with respect to Airport is more than excellent, it was 4 min walk for me at night. - Even though, the shuttle service was very good with friendly people.

- Facility was not impressive at all, it was totally normal - I missed the swimming pool as well as the GYM as they were under renovation, while the pool opening was supposed to be after 5 days.

Bed was very comfortable

No swimming pool. Hotel advertised as having a pool but there were building works. I had booked for two nights but checked out early due to lack of pool. I could not get a refund and staff were not helpful. Breakfast was basic. Omelette was nice.

This hotel is near the Airport and as I had to leave very early, it was very convenient. The staff were informative about shuttle buses and breakfast arrangements. Breakfast starts at 5 am so I was able to have it before leaving at 5.30am.

The hotel taxi service was very expensive, however the staff were helpful by calling a local taxi which was more reasonable. The room was very comfortable and clean but no balcony and the air conditioning was on and very cold! I switched it off...it wasn't necessary.

The hotel was very conveniently located since we needed quick access to the airport. Having the shuttle was great since we didn't have to hire a taxi which can be stressful in Cairo. Breakfast was delicious with lots to choose from.

It would have been good if the windows had screens to keep out bugs since we like to open the windows instead of using the air conditioning. The mattresses were a little too hard.

Smell of smoke into the room although it was a non smoker one, loudy terrace in the restaurant due to the ongoing building works

There was work being done in the hotel lobby area which was very noisy throughout the night and kept us awake. This was very poor especially when we had a very early start and didn't manage to get much sleep.

Very untidy corridors Unpleasant feature is that smoking is allowed in much of the reception area Breakfast is not much anything for a better hotel, coffee is below any classification :(

I was on transit from Istanbul to Juba, so I stayed one night on the way in and one night on my return trip. Their service at Cairo airport was outstanding, the hotel room clean and inviting, the staff professional and service minded, and the food varied and good tasting- all in all an excellent hotel that I would highly recommend to anyone coming through Cairo airport.

No negative points.

1- Breakfast, absolutely poor. same food everyday no changes at all..same dish same place. no variety at all, the guest has minimal options to choose from. Price: absolutely expensive than 5 stars hotels, swimming pool and Gym were not available due to renovation which is quite disappointing. it should be considered when determining the price for the room. - no options for entertainment at all, guests go to hotels near by to spend their evening there. -Staff has no education on customer service.

Good price, nice food and shuttle service to the airport.

It was a shame that both the swimming pool and the gym were being renovated at the same time, so therefore no opportunity for exercise!
