The restaurant staff is very slow. The bed mattress was lumpy and the pillows are too hard. The food is ok. No English language channels on TV.

Excellent hotel. Great views of Cairo Tower. Good value!

The roof with great viewpoint doesn`t work and was closed. Wi-fi is not free (20usd/day).

Brilliant hotel conveniently located by the Nile, but still away from the noise. Very friendly and professional staff. I recommend this hotel to anyone visiting Cairo.

- tourist information not correct (opening time of museum) - you should pass through the travel agency inside the hotel for booking a taxi to the airport (that charge you double of the standard price)

Comfortable - good bed, clean, nice facilities. Safe.

The location was good, as was the room.

Restaurant staff were extremely slow and the one meal I ate there was mediocre. I ordered drinks three times and waited forever for them. The standard of English spoken by the staff was poor and the hotel was noisy - music rising up from below. Lack of wifi throughout the hotel a discouragement to return.

Friendly staff, great location, comfortable and clean rooms, fast check-in, good service, pleasant atmosphere

- food at room service poor and overpriced - lack of breakfast not being included - the very high price of using Internet in the room is scandalous and very poor customer service!!!! Needs definitely to be adjusted. -price offers exclude 17% plus taxes to be added upon arrival. This is poor customer service.

That there was no free wifi internet for guests and the music blaring from some of the boats on the Nile river way past midnight was disturbing at times.

Nothing was good in this hotel. I felt very let down for the amount of money which I payed I was expecting a much better hotel.

There was a terrible smell of blocked drains coming from the bathroom, I asked it to be fixed whilst i was out, they just sprayed air freshener and it still stank when I returned. The roof top cafe which is the only highlight of this hotel was closed for renovation. The wi-fi is expensive and doesn't work in the rooms so you end up having to use cable anyway, which is still expensive. Even the cash machine doesn't work, I had to walk to a near by hotel to widthdraw cash. No hair conditioner in the bathroom, I had to take a taxi to a pharmacy to buy some. This hotel was expensive, I was very disapointed with everything about this hotel.it was not value for the price I payed.

Hotel seemed unfinished, the rooftop bar / restaurant which has views over the Nile was closed - the staff were disinterested, internet is very expensive and overall is was an average experience.

Good location, close to city center, but on Zamalek island, a rather quiet neighborhood. No luxury feeling, just normal average hotel standard. Nice and not too expensive restaurant next to the lobby is a plus.

A bit overpriced, for such a modest hotel.

Pricing were tricky. 30% more charges added during check in.
