The staff at Oricana make you feel very welcome. Hossam, the general manager makes upmost effort to engage and converse with all his guests. This personal touch makes you feel comfortable and at home. He kindly let me use a snorkel in preparation for my open water diving course which I was apprehensive about, since i was not confident not confident in the water!! Thank you Hossam and all of your smiley, friendly staff for making me feel very welcome. I had a wonderful stay at your hotel. The food was great too! The location is perfect since its close to the beach, dive centres, shops, the boulevard and walking distance to the Lighthouse area.

The Staff are lovely. In particular, the owner of the hotel. Hossam is very friendly and cares about guests. Amir, staff member very helpful, friendly and also caring. The rooms are clean and met our needs well. The food - a great selection on the menu - great chef there at the moment who makes a delicious Lentil Soup and chocolate and banana pancakes that are the best! I had some every day! The swimming pool - lovely. The ambience, peaceful and tranquil. We had the hotel to ourselves, at times. I have been here before and I shall be staying again, Insha' Allaah!! Sharm El Sheikh - Naama Bay is like the Ibiza of Sinai. Could only manage an evening there.
