The staff were very friendly and very helpful. The food in the main restraunt was excellent. .. always flesh and tasty. The rooms were immaculate and the health club world class The lobby was like another home and the outdoor facilities excellent

Nothing at all I have only one recimmendedation: The rooms should have a DVD playerto connect to the flat screen TV for guests to watch their own movies and listen to their own music

Wonderful thoughtful helpful staff, always smiling and making a really happy atmosphere. Every luxury,and variety of food in a choice of good restaurants at all prices. Beautiful beach and bay, plenty of sun loungers and shade. Riding on good ponies available at the hotel, and many water sports to watch, One of the best places we have been on holiday in recent years. Highly recommended.

We loved the beach & spa pool, the beautiful lobby and restaurants all with gorgeous paintings & sculptures, and the extremely attentive staff. Food was very fresh and nicely prepared, with no worries about tummy problems.

The main pool was closed for renovations; too many sales people on the beach trying to sell the hotel services all morning - should let guests come to them instead.

The kindness of the whole staff. Especially Mr. Mostafa, Mr. Kannan and Miss Priem are always concerned about the welfare of their guests. The fine sandy beach and the magnitude, cleanliness and tranquility of this resort are just fantastic. The food at the various restaurants is always delicious. Conclusion: a place of rest and relaxation and to be pampered at all times from the friendly employees I will come back !

After long time of work without Holiday you need to relax and that is what I found there, moreover Staff is friendly, Room is wow, Gardens good Beach is fantastic and they have nice attitude and next time I will go there but not alone with my lovely family to spend Magic Moments in palm royale soma bay thanks palm royale som bay))))))

too remote buffet quality was only fair internet access was limited due to the wireless coverage shower water pressure was low so having a shower was difficult as only a small amount of water came out noisy due to building work close by

Both of us, my 15 years son and me, we would like to thank all the staff, for the exceptional treatment reserved to us by the Hotel staff; The efforts put in making us feeling simply as if we were the only and unique guests of your marvelous resort, every day, at any time, during the whole week, were simply outstanding. Their kindness, full availability, smiling attitude and readiness to make us feel like in a enchanted paradise exceed all our expectations. The sympathy and kindness of the Management staff, together with a highly professional attitude in taking care of us and our needs made our staying more than fabulous. I cannot now remember all the names of the persons who put all their efforts in meeting all our expectations and most of the time surprisingly exceeding or even anticipating them!, including the Resrevation Managers, Front Desk Manager and the reception staff, as well as all the others (Atrium bar, Azur bar, El Tannour Restaurant, Drivers…) but our big thanks go also to them! A place like no other… fully corresponds to the experience we have enjoyed, and that’s why, we already booked our next holidays in Palm Royale for next May, even before leaving the hotel. This is now clear to us why, during our staying, we met some other returning guests... This luxurious hotel, with the great location and exceptional facilities, is certainly more than meeting all the 5 stars hotels standards, but the value added brought buy such a professional and devoted staff has to be highlighted: certainly this is what makes the difference, and it is also why we had no doubts where to come the next time. Russians booked all the seats on the beach by leaving their towels on the seats without seating for more than 4 hours 2nd- the minimum charge in stella restaurant... it costs 190 l.e per person as a minimum charge for dinner that was very expensive compared to the variety and the quality of the food

The kids club the animation team the kids playing area is great suitable for different ages small and teenagers can enjoy it so much lots of activities.

That i couldn't enjoy the swiming pool cause i'm wearing a long swimming suit with sleeves but enjoyed the beach. Need to add more desserts to the breakfast buffet I mean for the buns and danish more variety i mean.

The whole experience was lovely. We had a relaxing break away that was complimented by the fantastic staff and facilities :)

The rooms are quite spacious, the view from the balcony is great. Staff are very friendly and ready to help. Many facilities are available for the kids to enjoy, from daily activities to kid's disco.

The breakfast is just ok, nothing more than that. The trampoline is quite run down and sometimes dangerous, with an entrance which can not be closed and exposed sides. We had a not so good experience at the Lebanese restaurant, the food was not good at all, however, the chef himself came to us and offered a wonderful dinner at the Greek restaurant the next evening which was simply great.

Een prachtige accommodatie met zeer klantgericht en vriendelijk personeel. Lekker rustig en gelukkig zeer beperkte muziek/ entertainment. Als je een weekje wil bijtanken in alle rust en luxe is dit echt een aanrader! Zeer goed bevallen!

All inclusive is geen all inclusive. Daar moeten ze duidelijker in zijn. Was een behoorlijke domper bij vertrek.

Превосходный отель.Очень красивый интерьер отеля, большие номера. Шикарный пляж, удобен для детей. Квалифицированный персонал. Мы приехали в 5 утра, размещение с 14 часов. поселили без проблем в 5 часов утра и без дополнительной платы.Бесплатный трансфер.Своя пристань с катерами (есть возможность недорого сплавать на острова, рифы, понырять)

Пожелания: усилить анимацию, увеличить количество лежаков на пляже (места в избытке), сделать бесплатным wi-fi.

L'hôtel est magnifique : la chambre spacieuse , les jardins splendides et la plage très bien les eaux sont cristallines et la vue sur le desert superbes! Le site est également excellent pour le kite ou le Windsurf. La formule All inclusive est très bien, elle inclus buffet le Matin midi et soir ainsi que les snacks aux différents bars de l'hôtel et la possibilité de réserver dans les 4 restaurants de l hôtel (seuls certains plats en All inclusive mais il y a quand même du choix, vous pouvez demander les menus en arrivant). Le restaurant libanais est vraiment excellent et les serveurs y sont accueillants et sympathiques ! Demandez une sélection d'entrée car il y a beaucoup de choix vous ne serez pas déçus. Coté activités gratuites Il y a le choix : billard et terrain de tennis (1h par jour sur reservation) , mini golf , salle de sport, Ping pong ,sauna, hammam et jacuzzi. Il y a également les activités de groupe organisées par les animateurs (Aqua gym, volley ....). Côté activités payantes :nous avons pris le safari quad dans le désert et nous avons adoré (3h, départ en quad de l'hôtel directement nous étions deux avec le guide mieux que les excursions en groupe pour le même prix). Nous avons également pris un cours de kite mais c'est assez cher. Il y a aussi la possibilité de faire de l'équitation, du dromadaire et tous ça sur place. L'hôtel a aussi un port avec des départs de bateau pour du faire snorkeling . L'excursion était sympa mais il n y avait que des russes et l'animation en russe également nous avons regretté de ne pas avoir fait de plongée directement au club de plongée. ( prix similaire il me semble ). Le personnel est sympa, la nourriture bien et le cadre top ! Nous y retournerons!

La grandeur du complexe avec ses 5 restaurants. La possibilité d'avoir des transats et des serviettes pour profiter de la plage. Le calme de l'hôtel malgré le nombre de chambres. La gentillesse de la plupart des employés de l'hôtel et surtout Ahmed Abd El Fattah peu de temps avant notre départ qui a géré pour nous les petites déconvenues du matin afin de nous laisser un bon souvenir de notre séjour, très pro contrairement à l'employé homme de l'accueil.

La dureté du lit et surtout des oreillers. Le fait que la communication entre les équipes n'est pas toujours efficace (on nous a demandé 3 fois l'heure de notre départ).
