Location is the best and the mountain

Staff is not well trained low quality,breakfast is not 5 stars don't count on ,the sequrity is very augly and aggressive

Nice breakfast. Nice room as regards size.

Most stuff are worn out in the room. ( miny bar not working, lock almost broken, no lock for bathroom, safe wasn't working until I complained, air conditioning wasn't controlled by the thermostat until I complained. Swimming pool was dirty.

Room is large. Staff. Are freindly there are a lot of cafes and night life .

The lagoon view is such a wall in front of your room balconi The hot water was nightmare while you shower it changes to cold the boiling by its own in 20 seconds There was noisy very anoying microfone and drillers noises even with window closed and at 4 am. Its 4 stars at most never 5 stars

It's not clean at all , they know that am in honey moon when arrive room was not not ready & clean also too much broken in the room like bed leg, chair really very bad, & we fight to get room more better ..... Don't believe !!!!

i liked the staff were very nice and there were a lot of restaurants around the hotel.

i did not like the rooms and the bathrooms are very old and need maintenance, the rooms are for 3 class hotel i did not like the beach, it is very small comparing to the porto el sokhna resort it should be much bigger, there should be also some swimming pools equipped with heater as the weather was warm but the water was extremely cold that you can not stand it for more than 5 minutes.

I went with my husband to spend the weekend. We're a young couple, just got married less than a year ago. But we thought the place is more for families with young children as there are a lot of activities for children. Or maybe for a group of friends because of all the restaurants and cafes. We were looking for a more relaxing place. They advertised a lot of sea sports and activities, but when we went to the beach we found it was very small and only had 2 jet skies, 2 pedalos and 2 kayaks, nothing of what was advertised. That was a disappointment as I was really looking forward to try something new.

Rooms were not cleaned for days at a time.

Very good place to stay for the weekend. Lovely stuff and beautiful view. The location is great. Many restaurants downstairs, it even has two supermarkets which is very convenient. The lagoon view room is much more better then the sea view even though the view from room is suck, but it's quiet.

The bathtub is uncleaned, that was really disgusting! But the good news is you don't need to use it because the water isn't hot enough to take a bath.

1) Design of the whole resort espicially the pyramids buildings despite being the hotel consists of only one floor in a level under the swimming pool 2) very big swimming pool 3) Kids playing area (for families

1) Staff qualifications are low, slow in finalizing the admin activities lead to very late check in (after 4:30 pm although of being available at the location since 12 am & hotel check in announced in the internet is 2:00 pm) 2) Bad response when compared to time 3) Very poor maintenance activities for the bathrooms (need to be more maintained and adjusted) 4) Beach size & facilities are bad,15 umbrellas are available for the whole number of guests

I liked every thing .. it was a wonderful trip .. we enjoyed every thing.

The receptionist was rude and he was not cooperative. The housekeeping service was very poor, they didnt clean the room and they didnt respond to my several requests and calls. The room service was very slow and it was not good.

The only thing I like is the sea only

The staff ( housekeeping - front office - guest relation ) all of these is terrible they are unqulified person to be in this place -- be informed that they use my credit card number which sposed to be confident & they withdraw money from my account without my notice -- please be informed that I m not satisfied or even happy with this stay at all it was terrible ---- please not that they are theifs & they stole my credit card money & I will make a big claim

The hotel facilities and buffet

Hotel rooms were not that great.. the "lagoon" is actually an indoors man-made canal. The sea view is only on the first floor so you get to hear all the racket down below.

The room service is not that high standard ,, the television is not working and the cleaning of the rooms while staying in and before checking in.

The place is amazing everything is clean and relaxing, the view there is great also and the facilities where you can find everything you want there

It would be better pool if it has an aqua park on it.

the beach is not clean it has rocks in it !! the pools are not heated which was awful , i could not get in i asked for help about the safe in my room and after 20 M of waiting for help i called the reception they said the manager is in a meeting ! the last 10 KM ok the road is very dangerous there is not much to do , no animation team , no good water sports
