Staff were friendly and welcoming. Location was good.
Had to keep asking for enough towels for all occupants. Room was next to aircon for the restaurant so was a bit noisy. Sink drain blocked 3rd day and never cleared.
The location is excellent but that's about it.
The reception staff was exceptionally unfriendly - so sullen and uncooperative. I tried to chat with them but their attitude was consistently crabby. The cleaning staff was very friendly and polite, but the room was dirty. The sheets had obviously not been washed, and worse, I saw a bedbug! There was a lot of noise from within the hotel at night which didn't help. Moreover, I didn't feel that the place/my room was particularly secure. Overall, an unpleasant experience!
1. The location (the "Zamalak" part of Cairo) is tranquil. 2. One of the two night shift front desk staff was very nice and helpful. 3. Skyline views of Cairo (all rooms are on the 10th to 12th floor). 4. Breakfast was good, compared to other hotels in Cairo at this price range. 5. Room was appropriately spacious and furnished.
1. I have stayed in several hotels in Cairo, especially in this part of town ("Zamalak"). This hotel was not good value for the price, compared to others. 2. WiFI only available in the lobby, and it was not working for the two days I stayed because the hotel had not paid the utility bill for it. 3. Daytime front desk staff was unfriendly and unhelpful. 4. Shower curtain was several inches too short, so half the water that hit the curtain wound up on the bathroom floor anyway. 5. There was only one towel in the room when I arrived. I had to call twice to get more towels to dry up the water on the floor. 6. A/C was weak. 7. Balcony had no chairs; only a dusty plastic table. 8. On my second night, one of the two elevators was closed as "out of order", which was annoying because the rooms are on the 10th to 12th floor, and the other elevator was often occupied. 9. When I wanted to check out, the door of the remaining elevator would not open. The bellman had to carry my luggage downstairs. 10. Hotel insisted that I pay for one night upon arrival, so I paid for all three of my reservation, to minimize the fees on my debit card. This then caused additional paperwork hassle when I decided to check out a day early because the WiFi was not working.
not deluxe room as my booking no view in room only rubbish and dust tv not working no volume for voices no shampoo in bathroom no soap no face towels no hair dryer restaurant not working no foods prices different

The Location the hotel located in very nice & beautiful place which called zamalek..
They have a very poor staff working there & unprofessional receptionists.
The staff at the hotel were friendly and helpful.
Nothing that l dont like.
Overall a very good stay.
A little attention on the carpets and paint would enhance the hotel a lot.
The staff are always friendly and helpful, the location is excellent, central and safe.
It is always a lottery as to whether you get a renovated room or a shabby tired affair. Complain and you are often offered a different room
Location is very safe and calm close to nile.when you are at this area you dont feel you are at egypt
Hotel rooms are very dirty and old staff is asking tip as usual everywhere in egypt
