Nice to have water and fruit when we arrived, hotel had a nice feel to the place, and it was clean and generally well equiped. Also was nice to get a slightly better rate than I had got from Booking.com - appreciated There was no safe in my room, the toilet seats wouldn't stay in the upright position, there were only 2 tea cups left for us in a 4 bed suite.

The staff was very friendly. The pool was always in the shade, badly located and we always had to ask for it to be opened. Despite asking for laundry service three times, my clothes were never collected for ironing. Much better if irons were provided in rooms.

Large hotel with lots of anemnities. The breakfast was decent. But the cost for the room was about the same as the us yet it wasn't that special to warrant such a high pricetag, so I moved out after only one night, to a hotel down the street for 70% less cost. I booked this hotel specifically because it stated it had a nightclub, so I wanted the option to be able to go dancing without having to leave the hotel premises. When I got there, I was told they no longer have a nightclub. Also, the cost was way too much for Egyptian rates.

The location is central in location to other parts of the city There was no hot water in the washroom and it took more than one hour to fix it The mattress was hard like a rock It was very clear to hear what is going on in the next room. There was no isolation The entertainment in the hotel is disgusting. There is nothing to do in the hotel

The only think I like in the hotel is the Indian restaurant which is very good A lot of things I didn't like, especially the fact that you can't have any guests in your room, I had a very bad experience in that matter I booked a suite and did that on purpose to receive some of my friends that were also staying on the hotel to do some meetings in my suite and have some drinks sometimes I was surprised by the manager calling my room and telling me that its not allowed to receive guests in my suite and when I explain that the guest stays also in the hotel and we have business meeting by 11am in the morning together and I explained the nature of the meeting she insisted that even if the guest is staying in the hotel it is not allowed and they have to leave! Not only that sending two securities to stay on my door like I'm doing a very bad thing! I hated this hotel and I have never had such experience in my life it is like I don't know that if I wanted anyway to do some bad behavior on my room I could pay few money to the people there and done I'm covered !! This is what the person who carried my bag told me from the first day and asked me if I want women service but I said sorry I'm coming for business and they end up treating me like shit!

The staff are friendly and the hotel is 5 min away from the city center The hotel should be ranked as a 3.5 or 4 stars hotels since the painting of the room's walls are old
