Score from 516 reviews Very good
everything was very good
The rocks on the beach
Staff Excellent except restaurant fair rooms décor Food quality and variety snorkeling amazing animation beside the airport
Pools are cold TV set and channels boring
The resort was clean and very friendly. The pool was great and had plenty of space for all
The sea bed is rocky and you needed shoes to go in. The food catered for the mainly Russian guests and leaves a lot to be desired.
the employees are very helpful, kind and respectable with the guests
Food was poor choice for British people
Reception, food, house keeping, pool.. take your room in the marine section and insist on it..book all inclusive, it is worthy..get your snorkling kit, beach is not for swimming...if you did not like any thing make a complaint, the management is professional and will deal with it
Location far... wifi in reception only... beach not for swimming.. the land of the dead after 10 pm.
Perfect location and design, for the rooms and the resort overall. I stayed in a beach front room and it was magnificent. The hotel has a beautiful beach and swimming pools. Hotel is located at the beginning of NABQ BAY which is 10 minutes drive from the airport and less than 15 minutes drive from the city center and NAMMA BAY. Many of the staff are very friendly. I am happy to see the tourism starting to recover in Egypt, the Hotel was full of Russian tourists.
Wifi is not available at all in the rooms. There are some general issues which are becoming a phenomenon in sharm el sheikh, especially after the hotels started reducing the costs, due to the reduction of the tourism in Egypt. First, Many of the staff are very friendly and nice; However, few of them are completely unprofessional, especially at the open buffet restaurant. Usually unprofessional staff are not friendly with Egyptians (or maybe all guests) unless they tip them; it also depends on their mood, which is usually not the optimum. That is actually due to the lack of staff professional management supervision. Second, The all inclusive open buffet quality is becoming terrible and quantity is always favored to the quality.
Staff training in communication was excellent. Absolutely no problem with a language barrier. The pool was kept clean and was a pleasure to have a dip after crisping for an hour.
As with everywhere in sharm, the buffet food and my stomach did not make friends. The restaurant food and surrounding bars however had Fantasic food and at £14 for a fillet steak at the 3 crowns down the road, who wouldn't? Also the animation team didn't want to know me being a 30 year old bloke. Would have actually liked to play beach volley but all other staff were on point
The staff was very kind and the buffet was rich with lots of different dishes, but not magnificent. I think it's better in this way so you have the right amount of food to choice. Not too many wastes. The room was very big, clean and with nice fornitures. The plants and the garden very well finished. I reccomend for sure!
Sometimes the tablecloth wasn't very clean, but apart from this I didn't find anything negative.
- The resort is spacious as well as the rooms. - Scenery in the resort is very nice: Lots of green. - Nabq bay, where the resort is located, is a good spot for snorkeling. - Staff is fast and practical. - Animation team is nice to children and offers shows and games for them. - There are supermarkets, tours offices and so on just across the street from the resort; so you won't need to go far to buy any thing. - Room price is very convenient.
- Nabq Bay, where the resort is located, is far from almost all other places where the activities are (you spend an average of 20 minutes drive to go any where); but the hotel offers transportation and taxis there are not expensive. - Nabq bay is also not a safe place for water sports. So when you book for such activity they get you a bus to take you to Sharks bay to do the activity (10 - 15 minutes away). - Staff is nice but not so welcoming though... They are just ok... - Housekeeping doesn't do much in the room. There are better I mean. - Animation team is not very active. I stayed there 5 nights this year and 4 a few years ago and haven't found any real fun activity on the beach nor the pool. - Food variety is poor. The quality also is not very good. But not bad though. - As the resort is very spacious, You are forced to walk quite a lot. If your room is next to the restaurant and the lobby, then you have a long walk to the beach (7 - 10 minutes); and if it's near the beach, then it's a long walk back (The main pool and spa are located in the middle); but, to be honest, the resort is beautiful so you won't hate the walk that much unless you are really tired. - I wish there was a child care service. Some hotels in Sharm offers that.
The warm welcome I received from the reception with a great service that make you feel that they are ready to do the extra mile and helping you with everything I needed especially mohamed abdelhamid .mohamed abdelghafer and mohamed Ali . Eslam mokhatar . Reda aboelsaoud I had to ask everyone for his full name so I can thank them for the great service since all of them was great
I don't really got any complaints since everything I needed during my stay been sorted and any issues was dealt with and everyone was so nice
We loved the location and the hotel itself was beautiful , beautiful beach ,pool and very nice helpful staff
We didn't like the fact that the pool was not heated and the water was freazing, I wish they would have a heating system in the winter months ,also the AC in the room wasn't working properly ,
The staff are helpful and friendly and ensure you have the best time ever . In particular Islam ( orange) who goes above and beyond to ensure a brilliant stay , Ahmed , Elia who ensure food and entertainment were great , as were all staff
No bad comments
Walid and Amr at the pool bar were excellent the spa was excellent overall experience was excellent
No wifi available except around the lobby
The room was big (2 bedrooms) and opened on to a grassy area. Buffet had enough choice (however quality was not 4 star). Sister hotel has aquapark across the road. Walkway along beach stretches along several resorts which makes it a great exercise track. Beach is shallow (reef) and you need to go out to the pier to be able to swim, however the pier closes at 5pm :-(
The lifeguards. Not clear how long the pier was open for. Not clear which pier belonged to which hotel. Not letting us swim off a pier because it belonged to the neighbouring hotel, whereas as he was stopping us, he let a young skimpy dressed girl from our hotel climb down for a swim..... Also in the pools they kept whistling and telling my daughter to go in the special shallow pool (she is 7 and a competent swimmer). Staff from beauty salon and tour selling staff pester you to book with them.
Staff, the swimming pool, landscape, shows
flies and mosquitoes
Location, friendly staff, calm& excellent service... I recommend staying there
Some light fixtures didn't work in the room & balcony
1. staffs are helpful and easy to approach to. 2. the location is very nice 3. a lot of walkways if you want to have a little walk after a meal or for those looking for a minimal cardio. 4. a lot of spaces to sit and enjoy the heat of the sun and appreciate the beauty of nature
1. the mini bar was not set up prior to our arrival. we had to wait for almost half a day to get our request. but i must say that this was only only on the first day. maybe they were just too preoccupied with the volume of the incoming guests. 2. the swimming pools are closing at 530pm for a daily cleaning which you could no longer use it after they apply the chemicals for treatment until the next day. 3. the water temperature in the 'spa' swimming pool is too cold. no heater perhaps. am not sure though if this is intentional for the relaxing of muscles after a tiring workout since the fitness center is on the same place. 4. the food are always the same everyday
I and my wife liked the deluxe room we stayed in,the food was good, hotel place is near the airport, hotel facilities were very beautiful
Some of the staff treatment was rude and also I must ask for anything to get it for example the slippers, fruit basket and the breakfast in the room also the hotel is trying to do its best in pest control but it was a huge problem in the deluxe room
Soft deck chair on beach Fair price but really bad service
It is far worse considering that it is an international hotel Quite old & dirty room Bugs and mosqiutos in room. Don't forget to take mosquito killer. Poor and very amateur entertaintment ( fairly it can be related with low season) the worst point is service quality. I don't recommend to choose all inclusive which is limited and staffs trying to prevent you to use any free beverage. They even hidden coke and you should order and wait a lot even for the first glass. If you like powder drinks no problem at all. Additionally they are pushing you to buy excluded beverages.
The staff The environment The food The pool and beach The great service
The WiFi connection I couldn't get the SIM card recharged. No swimming space at the beach all rocky
Facilities: Good place Staff: very friendly
Beach: Coral reef cliff not suitable for non professional simmer Food: not good variety or quality Facilities: although I was hard all inclusive, many drinks within the hotel was not free
I like to beach, pool, bars, staff are wonderful
wifi is poor. only on the lubby
Staff, very friendly Rooms, very clean and spacious Grounds, very clean Beach, staff look after you.
Local drinks, pay extra for international Not all inclusive, pay extra in a la carte restaurants
