- Not clean, except bed almost all (curtains, seats..) is very dirty, - Bathroom is unkept and smelling disgusting, - Nothing in the minibar, - Restaurant service is poor

The staff way of behavior is so bad and they are very bad in the way the treat the guest

Be carefull with the pre-payment, for the sencond time I received a wrong e high value to pay.

Room service were very slow, they got me the ice, salt after I was done eating and drinking. Pool was not clean Room was not carpeted, flooring was very poor. They disconnected me from internet after i checked out. The place is remote with no transportation service to the hotel, except a 3rd party business that might not have a car available. I do not see this as a 5 star hotel by any means.

The rooms are very nice and spacious, most of the staff are very friendly, they even upgraded our room to have a nicer view. The breakfast was very nice

At arriving the it took time to welcome us, waited few minutes for someone to collect our bags, no welcome drink.. It is small things but this is what I expect when I stay in such a hotel

I like the rooms being speacious. Quite not noisy at all. any facility you need for business was available. nice desk internet connection two options in the bathroom.Food was very nice.

it was winter and there was no extra cover in the room and I had to use bath towel to keep my self warmer. Air condition was not working very efficient in the room.

The hotel is excellent both for business and for relax. When I made a minor complain the staff reaction was lighting - everything was ceased in minutes.

nice specious rooms,clean n tidy

Courteous and friendly staff welcomed us on our arrival and it was the same with the catering team and bell service staff. The dinner at the Italian restaurant was excellent - we pay our compliment to the chef. A free transport to the airport was arranged for us on the day of our departure. I left a coat in the room and when I contacted the concierge and they were so professional and helpful. We highly commend all staff members who made our stay at the Radisson very special. Thanks to all staff members who are doing wonderful job.

Excellent Hotel. You can relax in this Hotel. Service is excellent A lot of thanks to Mr. Khaled Mohey El Din for his excellent way of treating guests on arrival in the reception. Senior Bell man is very cultured.

Hotel design, service, nice resturants and staff deserves 5 stars.

Location very far from the min street and no taxis , beside the hotel transportation very very expensive .

Its Nice stay for the childerns as there is Kids club and they are willing to spend most of time there and realy frindly hotel and it is resort for short or long stay

The beach not prepared well and recomended to be changed the place . there is no brochure or any leaflet for any touristic visit program to Alexanderia city Shuttle bus recommended stronly to ALexanderia city .

チェックアウトしてからラウンジが使えないのはシステム上ダメだと言ってたけどラディソンは全てそうなら、- 他のチェーンには負けてます。
