Beach is generally well prepared.. aqua park in swimming pool is amazing and all fun.. food is okay..

They asked for full payment upfront! Reception staff are not enough to handle check-in for the guests & not highly qualified.. Reception doesn't usually pick up the phone when calling from rooms.. can't reach room service or house keeping

1- Almost all staff are very tough specially house keeping. 2- Room was dirty and dust everywhere . 3- Furniture is very bad and beds very uncomfortable we got pains in our back and neck every morning. 4- Most of electricty outlet are loose.

Hotel over all is fair. Staff is friendly . And value for money is okay.

Hotel cleaning needs a lot of improvement , restaurant also not well, the food it self not good, and room finishing is not okay. I think the hotel management should consider over all hotel improving soon.

parking is very far and road full of bumps rooms are very dirty booking.com rate is for garden view room, not pool/sea view TV was not working well and no technician to fix insects are all over the place prices of beverages are very high small pool not clean small area at the beach/pool does not worth money don't recommend to anyone

-Easy to reach. - Nice for families. - The aqua park is fantastic. - Food is good. - The overall design of the place is nice.

- Although I have reserved a triple room, I only stayed in a double room + extra bed (incomfortable) as they informed me upon arrival that the hotel has no triple rooms at all, and I was cashed for a triple room. - The rooms & especially the bathrooms need complete maintenance.(lots of cracks & gaps between the walls & ceiling) - The bathrooms has no real ceiling, where any insects or wizards can easily enter the room). - There is a significant lack in staff. - Staff doesnt wear uniform. - The aquapark is charged separately, which you only discover upon arrival. - The TV only shows about 8 channels. - The front desk needs some professionals in dealing with customers.

Cleanliness: very poor (please refer to the attached photos) Furniture quality: bad (please refer to the attached photos) Food: Fair. Restaurant: Not well organized. The restaurant open area (terrace) was overlooking the back yard where sewage pipes were passing. The smell was too bad; cats were jumping all around. Tea cups used during breakfast had different sizes and shapes an looked old. Reception Area: Air circulation is bad. It looks that the air intake of the central AC is not located in a proper area, The air was humid and smelled like restrooms. While the passge to the main entrance is narrow, the hotel management allowed guests to park their cars on both sides. So, in case of emergency, it would be very difficult for an ambulance to pass and would be impossible for fire brigade. Considering all the above, the stay doesn't worth the money that I paid

Good location and near to Cairo

Reception service is very very very bad. Slow staff respond to any requist. Very house keeping. Room was not clean starting from bed to bathroom. Do not even try.

IIn The reception office :1- They did not find my reservation and the cause was the waired internet was not working!!!!! 2- The reception delayment was about 35 mints then lastly they solved the problem by trying to geve us two garden view rooms insted of our origenal reservation ( two see view rooms besid each orther) 3- the dinner and the braekfast food quality was not good

1. It took one hour to enter room after check-in 2. Only one bulb is lighting. 3. No minibar. 4. No hot water 5. The only chair has a broken seat. 6. Toillet flusher is flowing and cannot stop. 7. The garbage basket in the toilette has a broken cover. 8. No garbage basket in the room. 9. Although dinner time was from 7 to 19 pm, at 8:30 I found no food to eat!! 10. I decided tom leave early morning next week without breakfast. It took almost two hours to see a cachier ! 11. How in the hill this resort is categorized as 4 star ??
