Resta Grand Resort Marsa Alam  

4* hotel, clean rooms, good pool, great animation team, poor service (2*)

Poor bar service, poor restaurant servive, incorrect billing. The staff didn't make you feel good about being at the resort.

The hotel itself looks great from the front very impressive. We had to complain a few times as dinner times, we had to wait for plates, cups, glasses!! The 2nd week was better. Rooms were great, in a family room there was a queen bed, and two 3/4 beds for my teenage children. There was a group of us 11 in total. The animation team were brill entertaining you most of the day and night. As 5 of us were divers we used coraya divers who were based in the lamaya hotel down the road which I have also stayed at. The location is better at the lamaya as they are in a secluded bay which is good for snorkelling all day, at the grand resta the jetty is facing the ocean which meant that you could snorkell very early as the sea was calm but the black flag was always up by lunch due to the sea breaking on the reef where the steps to the jetty are. Still had a fab holiday though!

This is excellent hotel. i really enjoyed it!

كل شيء رائع منذ لحظة دخول الفندق الي الغرف والمطاعم والبارات حتي نهاية الرحلة والخروج

أسوأ ما في الرحلة هو استخدام رحلات مصر للطيران الداخلية النادرة ( رحلة واحدة وصول مرسي علم 8 مساء بعد تأجيل موعدها ساعة ورحيل من مرسي علم الساعة 12 مساء ) أي يفقد النزيل يومان مدفوعي الأجر إذ يبدأ يومه بعد 8 مساء للمبيت فقط ويرحل 10 مساء تاركا يوما ينتهي في الساعة 2 ظهرا من اليوم التالي ارتفاع سعر الليموزين حتي ولو كان لبضعة كيلومترات
