I liked most is the superb view of the ships and boats coming and going in the Suez canal all day long! In the room, we felt as if we are on a boat. The room was renewed so everything was almost new! The service of staff in the reception and restaurants doesn't exceed a 3 stars hotel. The hotel doesn't have a directory in rooms or even signs to show what the hotel provides. The reception staff were not that helpful. In short the hotel lacks a spirit.

i didnt like anything except the location. the staff was very impoolite and they refused to let my frind to come in my room for visiting!!!!!! so weired. everything specially the staff and theire strange rules to prevent my frind to visit me inside my room
