J ai ete decue par l hotel. Il semble etre luxueux mais ne l est pas du tout. En arrivant j ai pu nettoyer ma chambre avec du papier de toilette. Il y avait une couche de poussiere sur tous les meubles et a l interieur de la garde-robe. Par terre dans la garde-robe il y avait un vieux grand sac en plastique. J avais choisi l hotel en partie pour sa terrasse sur le toit. Cette terrasse etait en tres mauvais etat. Les coussins des transats etaient sales et dechires. Le lendemain de mon arrivee on a annonce que la terrasse serait fermee pour travaux mais il n y a pas eu de travaux pendant mon sejour de 3 jours. Les 2e et 3e jours il n y avait plus qu un filet d eau a la baignoire et de ce fait la douche ne fonctionnait pas. On aurait dit que l on avait utilise le tapis de bain pour nettoyer ses chaussures (ce qui etait peut-etre le cas...) Le personnel masculin de la reception etait serviable. La receptionniste principale aurait pu etre plus aimable. J ai constate souvent que les informations reprises sur les hotels par Booking,com ne correspondent pas a la realite. Il faudrait moins se fier a ce que pretend l hotel et faire davantage de constatations sur place...
