the view , restaurants , water sports , service on the beach ,

waiting for check in , I requested early check in , we arrived at 11:15 , checked in at 1:30 !! however we already communicated the early check in to rooms also late check out wasn't available , even when we offered to pay half night . in the reception once we entered they said ( no religion swim suites ) and then I saw not less than 6 or 7 ladies with these swim suits !!

staff were great. facilities excellent. Rooms are clean. Breakfast excellent. clean pools and great beach for snorkelling and diving. great location for relaxation and only 15 min drive to the marina and city canter.

Lovely view of Tiran island, close to the airport but not too close to be bothered by the airplanes. Located directly on Soho Square with an amazing selection of restaurants and shopping.

Beautiful beach, easy access and great diving centre managed by friendly and helpful staff! Savoy staff on beach extremely helpful, polite and friendly. They made the stay so enjoyable!

There was an issue with the aircon that when it was on, it seems to pull in the cigratte smoke from the other rooms. Having said that we were offered a room change so this is more of a comment than a critisisim

Great location on a fantastic snorkeling beach. It was straight out from hotel to Soho Square with a range of good quality restaurants and bars without the hassle of other Sharm Resorts. We had standard garden view rooms which were of a good size with great balconies. Staff friendly and helpful.

Hotel a bit sprawling with numerous steps up and down. Hotel very quiet when we were there so not a lot of life in an evening but day-times are great especially the fish restaurant on the beach.

Hygiene and room cleaning and to make sure everything working well in the room. I didn't like the door entrance of the garden view room. Room sink was blocked. Room not that clean.

We loved the location on the beach and the proximity to Soho Square shopping and entertainment street. The staff were helpful, friendly and efficient. Our room was comfortable with a large sea view balcony and it was only a short walk down some steps onto the beach

The food in the hotel dinner and breakfast buffet was acceptable but not quite up to 5 Star standard. There are however other good but expensive restaurants in the hotel and outside in Soho Square. We did not appreciate having to pay a lot for WiFi connection, it should be free.

When booked the rooms on line, I specifically request connected two rooms, ground level, pool view, one with double bed and one with king size bed. On arrival, the hotel did not know that. And the hotel want to give me two saprate rooms, which made it impossible scince my children are 9 and 6 years old. I had to explain my requirement again and had to wait for an hour and half for the connected rooms which I got two double rooms with one of them had to connect the beds close to each other to make it king size bed. This makes my room bed was uncomfitble plus the wait. At the last day, one of my children forgot his bathrobe at the pool par and when I ask for it, it was gone.

Very big Hotel, have very nice beach; 3 different siwmming pools; nice royal (vip) area; different water activities; different resturants with differents tastes; and outside hotel have nice shopping & relaxtion area.

No much activities at night; only egyption resturant and no other arabic taste resturants, littile far from down town and no travlling bus.

The tv was too old not lcd or Plazma ! No iron in the room, and you have to pay for the intrenet which is only covered area is the lobby but the internet in soho covered that issue in some how.

i didn't like the beach as you cannot enter the sea from the beach.You have to walk on the jetty in order to swim.It was windy most of the time and just out of the jetty,there is a passage for speed boats.As a result ,the sea was always wavy and you risk to crash on the reef. I didn't enjoy swimming at all. Poor room provisions as you have to call the reception every day for shower gel ,shampoo .The room cleaner never put new ones. They welcome me with a small bottle of water which is out of the fridge.Very stingy welcome for a 5star hotel.
