Free Wi-Fi and free parking nearby are available. Simply furnished accommodation has a satellite TV, minibar and private bathroom. Some have a seating area. A daily breakfast is served in the restaurant. The busy promenade of 26 July is 200 metres away and has many restaurants and shopping options. El Qaaed Ibraheem Mosque is 350 metres walk away while Alexandria National Museum is 1.5 km. Alexandria Port is 5 minutes by car. The breakfast was terrible - no choice with menu. One size fits all - even the children couldn't eat it.

Nothing really it was a bad experience in this hotel. Rooms are totally depreciated (electricity, TV, mirrors, even beds) add to this the low cleaning level in all room facilities (land,towels etc .....) Also the cost per night even it seems its not expensive but it really doesn't match the level of service they offer.

Rien Notre séjour fut désastreux des notre arrivée le personnel était arrogant les chambre c est une horreur tout est sale imposible de rentre dans la sale de bain les prise pendait et j ai une fille d un an j étais obligé de l attache en poussette il faisait très froid c est une honte pour un hotel 2 étoile !!!!.

Şehir Merkezinde olduğundan birçok yere yürüme gitme imkanı var. Gezilebilecek camiler, kütüphane, müzeler, konsolosluk 10-30 dakikalık yürüme mesafesindeler. Sadece kale belki araç gerektirebilir. Oraya da yürüme 1 saatte gidilebilir. Şehir merkezinde bu fiata bu kadar. Aslında çok kolay bir yerde olmasına rağmen, ilk gidişte 10 Mısır Lirasından fazla vermeden bir taksiyle gitmeniz daha iyi olabilir. Daha sonraları buna ihtiyaç duyulmaz.

فريق العمل بالفندق مستلزمات النظافة - لا يوجد فرش للأرضيات - عدم وجود تكييفات فى الغرف و إن وجد تكون الغرفه ضيقة و مكتومه

The room we got after complaining - it was spacious, clean, had a functional bathroom & ac and a balcony with a view of the Mediterranean. The day time staff were polite and most helpful. The location of the hotel was good, verything worth seeing was easily within walking distance. The first room we got - it was tiny, impressively filthy, and had a bathroom from the British occupation with the toilet directly underneath the shower (which is kind of inconvenient...) The night staff - we arrived at 2.30 am due to bus issues, and the receptionist spent ages checking us in, including failing to find our booking.com reservation and thus trying to charge a completely different fare (this was corrected by the day time staff). The hotel was, considering the standard, by no means cheap... Low value/price ratio.
