Friendly Staff & fantastic services , i hope everyone want to visit Sharm to stay at this amazing hotel

Location.

Bad reception and impolite staff while check in. There is much to tell but the words can't explaine what they have done to me.

I stayed with my wife at the mountain side and the garden's were lovely and perfectly for relaxing. For those who want peace and quiet there was a pool area at the other end of the hotel which was nice and quiet

Hotel staff was lovely apart from guy called Yasser at the reception who was rude not just me but on observing he was rude to everyone! Our room was at the other side of the hotel side which was a good 10-15 walk - al though we did get used to the walk bring fit and healthy they should have specified. Breakfast was nice but with limited variety. Nearly all 5 stars are more like 4 and this hotel was the same.

Service was amazing as long as you tip everyone

Resort as well as the room was very neat and tidy. Enjoyed the dinner and breakfast buffet.

Service was extremely poor! I will Never recommend this hotel to anyone travelling to Sharm el Sheikh. We had at least a 10min walk ( no exaggeration! ) from our unit to the breakfast buffet. Its also quite a walk from the Mountain Hotel to the beach. Booked out after 1st night and booked into a 5star hotel in Naama bay for a Better Rate and Much Better service and location. The staff I dealt with at the reception of Marroitt Sharm el Sheikh is an Insult to the Marroitt brand!

Beach bar has the worst service ever

I stayed in Beach resort it was close to the beach. Room was cleaned every day. No body asking tips. Within the resort they advised us where to go each night. Room service was quick. A padi certified dive centre was right next to resort. A 15 minute walk from the resort to Naema Centre where most of nights clubs and resturants. A long side beach. Nice and quiet at night. Good value for money. Highly Recommanded

Only 2 things I think I didnt like was the limited breakfast menu and beach bartenders didnt have any clue how to make cocktails.

Bathroom, pool and food

Staff were really helpful and friendly- special mention to Larisa (the guest relations liaison) and the team that lead poolside activities. The Marriott was situated close enough to the beach, naama bay, supermarkets etc so those areas were easy to access but it also it was far enough so it wasn't noisy.

At check in time the receptionist wanted to make me pay the normal room rate and not the rate I paid through booking.com so be careful to have printed out the receipt from booking.com as a confirmation . I had to discuss with the manager Rooms were not luxurios as expected. Definitely not the best Marriott I've been to Be careful from taxi drivers at the hotel entrance they willl try to rob your money. Just walk a few meters from the hotel and take a taxi from the street and argue for the price

The hotel is close to the beach. And close to the walk by the beach.

The room is filled with fly'S. Lots of them. Also the spa is very small comparing to a 5 star hotel. Also check in took a long time and did not give us the room I request and pay for.

it was amazing hotel and friendly staff, we do all the facilities like swimming playing at the pool Karaoke and many things, i recommend this hotel for all travelers to Sharm. long walk between rooms and buildings but you can see flowers when you walk along to the room

- Clean and new room furniture. - Housekeeping. - Chief Mohammad made our breakfast needs perfect ( our sunny-side up eggs was made to perfection). - Security on the beach was well controlled. - Beach water activities was a plus. - Mr. Islam at the reception went over the limit in providing a temporary room until our room is ready as our flight was too early. - Thai massage at the spa was perfect.

- Breakfast area and furniture with the lobby need reinvitation. - Spa (room space + noise + small bathrooms + aroma massage was not a massage at all + massage oil not the expected).

The hotel is not clean even when cheq in i asked the front desk to make sur that the room is clean but thats never hapend hair on the floor stings on the woods and the toilet is smilly and there is one more thing is the staff dont respect your privisy the inter the room even if you but the sign of dont desturb on the dore and when i asked why the answer was to give u asurprise frute dish !!!! I say if u must stay there get your cleening staff with u and agard to watch the door

Frankly, this was the best trip in my life. The marriott staff were amazing, very friendly and supportive. A note to mention is the front desk Manager (Islam Shaheen) I've never met a more professional, friendly and kind than him. He kept on surprising with offers that made my trip with my wife a memorable one... I will defenitly visit marriott sharm al sheikh again and again...

Absolutely nothing....

- Nice, honest and efficient staff - Good infrastructure - Swimming pool was excellent and heated - Feel safe - Large variety of food at breakfast - Quite at evenings

- Tv and some equipments are upsolet at the mountain side - Dinner for Christmas and new year eve was offered at a high price even though we were staying at the hotel - Although the room has been charged before we arrived, they asked me to pay additional fees due fluctuating exchange rates when checking out...to me it seemed very odd
