Facilities and Amenities are good, breakfast is good, not excellent as expected but acceptable. Yes; of course the most important, The hotel didn't respect the room rates, they have hidden taxes not the 24% that the honest hotels charges normally and not enough with this, they charged rooms that I'd never used. So Take care with the money this people is dangerous. |

the hotel staff was very helpful. shuttle to and from was convenient and the hotel "limo" sevice showed us around Cairo and the pyramids with no hassle. the pool areas were beautiful and the dining room was open 24 hours so after our flight delay we were still able to get something for dinner. this didn't affect our stay, but the hotel is not close to downtown so if you are wanting to wander around Cairo this hotel may not be the best location. |

Excellent rooms, room service, hotel staff very helpful 1. The limousine / taxi service was annoying and expensive. The hotel is located away from normal streets / local taxis and I feel the limousine service use this to their advantage. I needed to negotiate prices with the taxi service staff every time which ended up costing close to as much as the hotel !! 2. Cleaning staff came too early to clean the room. |

Nice modern big room. International calls were blocked on in room phone. Had to call 3 times to get the block removed. No newspapers in the breakfast restaurant. Had to request milk to go with cup of tea. No emergency instructions in room. No guest service folder in room. No hotel signage from the road, taxi driver had no idea where the hotel was. Took 2 hours to find the hotel. |

It was a beautiful hotel with outstanding service by the staff. Yes! Once you are situated at the hotel, you are completely isolated from the "outside" world! It is so far away from anything! The hotel is so new and so untested, that we encountered a variety of problems in our room and imperfections in the design of the room facilities. |

The facilities are very nice, the exercise room, pool etc. It's too far from the city. They do not allow local taxis to come into the hotel. I had to take a limo taxi back into the city. I was woken up twice with loud music in the hall way. Came back to the room in the afternoon and the room was not cleaned. For the price of the hotel the rooms were pretty grungy. |

very clean room. Nice health club. Lovely helpful staff. Very expensive breakfast. Two outdoor pools which shut at sunset, therefore after a day of sightseeing in and around Cairo ( the hotel is not in Cairo but in the suburbs and it takes an hour to reach the city centre) we could not use the pools. |
