We thought the dinner wasn't good value we went bed and breakfast but you can eat outside the resort for much less, we paid 360 le for two dinners in the hotel if youi choose to go out we paid 120 le for two of us

The Hotel is over expectation with regards to the size, landscape and the view. I was quite impressed by the buildings style. Being in a hotel that extends for a few small islands is such a great experience. The breakfast was excellent. All the stuff work in a professional nice way. They all do there best to make our holiday perfect. El Gouna is such a nice quit place and Hurghada is not far which allow us to spent 2 nights there.

One issue for the whole trip which was that the pool regulation restricts the long swimming suits. For an Egyptian family it was really disappointing that my wife didn't use the pool and play with the kids because of her swimming wear. The beach water was 18 deg. Cel. So left no choice for my wife to enjoy the water activities. I suggest putting this regulation on hold in winter or providing a heated pool for those with the long swimming suits.

Everything to be honest.The Hotel is outstanding.Its Location in El Gouna is perfect.Very very clean Resort,great beach.The staff are courteous,professional and polite.We went in Mid January,sadly weren't many people anywhere,but made no difference we both had a fabulous time.

The view from every location of the resort was unbelievably amazing. Also the heated pool was a luxury in winter.

It's a huge resort and our room was very far from the reception so I always lost my way going back to it.

Very spacious lay-out of hotel complex (which is a little confusing at first). Since it is spread out over tiny islands there is plenty of choice of quiet beaches. Clean spa and fitness center with a choice of massage treatments. Large heated pool besides the summer pools.

Mattress of double bed in room 9102 is extremely soft and the pillows hard.

All staff were so polite friendly and can't do enough for you the food and choice of food was fantastic especially breakfast The hotel indoor and outdoor areas were well kept and nothing looked tired The bedroom and bathroom room was lovely and also spacious All in all a wonderful experience and already planning our next trip next year This was my 5th trip to el Gouna but my1st stay at Sheraton hotel and by far the best and beats of the competition

Hotel is perfect location, designe is perfect, rooms architicture design is very nice. Seaside is very nice. Very peacful atmosphere.

Only Wi Fi services is not free.

So relaxing, and it is so diffrent with its noubian style. Everything was perfect.

Clean rooms, well designe. Hotel's private beach is really nice. Very good location, a walking distance to Abu-Tig marina if you like walking, but if you don't shuttle buses and toktoks are available at a very reasonable cost. Great breakfast buffet.

The resort is huge and we had to walk a long distance to the beach. Our room was on the third floor with no elevators, but that wasn't a big deal.

Very nice 5 stars hotel, however it is not recommended during national holidays as it is family oriented and young people will not enjoy it much...

They don't have a resident doctor on site in case of emergencies. You have to go the main El Gouna Hospital

Everything was perfect ,staff very very friendly,our beach front room was fantastic, our stay was like a dream,food in breakfast really tasty ,a lot off varaities and dinner was pefect too. Its my first time in sheraton miramar and I will going there again and again,thanks to every one in the staff,

I made the reservation on booking.com long time and had as usual free cancellation till 1 or 2 nights before arrival . but as usual in egypt they called me one week before and charged whole amount on my cc. Its always the same story with hotels in egypt only . the reservation manager was trying to be helpful , and was really nice too,and at the check in they told me they reserved the best room for us . which I found really nice . room was very big with great view . so all in all great .

Room sooo far from reception , but the hotel is really huge ! but in the same time you don't feel the crowd.

We liked the architecture of the hotel and layout. The grounds were very impressive. The staff very friendly and willing to help. The location was excellent, within easy reach of both Marina and Downtown with many restaurants and shops. Also a shuttle bus ran every 15 mins. if you didn't want to walk and the cost was very minimal.

We felt the Sheraton did not meet the 5 star standard, as it looked as if it needed refurbishing, the paint and woodwork thoughout the hotel was in need of another coat!!! It was very dusty, but this is obviously due to it beng in the desert and the wind which was blowing constantly whilst we were there, the staff were always sweeping and cleaning, but there seemed to be sand everywhere. The rooms were not furnished to a 5 star standard but the beds very comfortable. The bathroom only 3 star, the shower had no water pressure.
