It was wonderful week I spend their ,the location was amazing ,room was good , I recommend sheraton for every one want to enjoy his honey moon:-)

Room was small , All people their asking for tips

The private beach

I was charged for the breakfast of 4 days and I thought that the booking is with bed and breakfast. Rooms are too small . no free internet . no free parking inspit of the expensive booking !!!!!!!!!!

Sea view, and being inside the city as well

Room size is too small. Staff is almost asking for tips. Internet was down in the club lounge which is the main benefit of the club room.

Over priced for season; no amenities without high cost.

I liked the room, staff at reception, laundry service, the coffee shop and every one working there were efficient and professional.

The noise from the wedding parties held every night,lots of people sitting in coffee shop outside main entrance of hotel was another source of noise and awkward and made Sheraton look more like a 2 star hotel.Behind the hotel, there was dirt, garbage and sewage puddles and something should be done about it.I Wish there were a small drug store/ pharmacy in reception.

1- bath room was not ready to use when I arrived 2- house keeping not serious to clean the room 3- the reception was not luxury like 5 stars hotel and the was no sofa or waiting chairs for guests

The amount paid at the hotel more than the amount which in the book , Total room price ( us$ 280.00 Please note: additional supplements (E.G. extra bed) are not added to this total 10 % tax is excluded. 12 % service charge is excluded. 1 % city tax is excluded. =280 + ( 280*.10*.12*.01) =344.4$ Exchange rate on the day of payment 1$ = 6.039 EGP The total Egyptian pound = 344.4* 6.039 =2079.83 EGP The hotel charged me 2179.31 EGP The difference 100 EGP!!! When I asked why? Replied that there is a difference in the City tax !!! Even now I can't understand Why me paid 100 EGP extra?!!!!

Great rooms, spacious and nicely decorated. General installations of the hotel are very nice. The breakfast is excellent. Kind staff.

Is incredible that a hotel of this category does not have free wifi in the rooms. The rest was very good.

Cleanness of the room and other spaces.

There weren't tooth brushes in the room.

Not sound proof could hear traffic

The food in the restaraunt was hood but very expensive.

Low speed free Internet.
