Location is nice....

It is old hotel and need to be renew in all aspects ...also they allow some local taxi drivers to stay out in main gate who are specialized in doubling the fares....

I would like the location and the staff also the cleaning level

No buffet for the lunch and dinner and the breakfast doesn't have the variation u would lik High charging for wi fi for 180 el for one day No child corner

The rooms was not quit to sleep because while sleeping , I can here the cars which is inthe street and the desco music .

Staff at this hotel were extreme helpful with everything from the hotel to local recommendations to help with travel arrangements. Very nice people.

I was very disappointed with Alexandria as a whole. It seems that the political situation and lack of support has spread to all cities we visited on this trip.

Everyone on the staff was extremely helpful, courteous and friendly even when I made a special request to change my room and to get help finding computer supplies. Also, I never felt pressured to give tips for small services (i.e., no one lingered after dropping off my luggage, etc). Rooms were nicely appointed with nice views.

Location was a little bit far from the center (Saad Zagloul Square).

The facility is old. The beds are uncomfortable and actually back pains every morning. Electrical outlets did not function properly ans posed risk.

I liked the fact that they accepted my Saudi Riyals as a deposit for the room. I liked the lady (Mona) that cleaned my room because she was very thorough and was not pushy to get a tip from me. I also liked the restaurant staff because they made sure I had what I needed, except the food was not good.

First, let me say, Egypt has changed. It is not the friendly place I used to visit. I will not return to Alexandria. I did not like the concierge service in particular when I hired a car to take me to a place which was suppose to be 1 1/2 hrs away. The trip turned out to be 3 hours away because the driver did not know the way after I explicitly asked for a driver who knew the way. The excuse the staff used was that perhaps the driver took this route because of political unrest in the area. (By the way, no political unrest anywhere). If this was so, why did he not inform me of such. All he said, "what to do, there are too many cars on the road and it's one road." I asked him to go the fastest way. He said, "this is not a freeway." I spent 3 hours (one way) unnecessarily in a car. When I arrived to my destination, I asked my friend to explain to the driver the fastest and right way, (the freeway) to get us back to hotel in 1 1/2 hrs, and we did. Surprise! Surprise! To top it off, when I returned I was told I owed 600 Egyptian pounds for the trip when I had been quoted 350 egyptian pounds. I was shown a paper, which showed the prices, but surprisingly enough, I never saw this paper prior to arranging the trip. I never signed anything, or saw anything that stated the cost of 600. I was told, I would be given a discount from 600 to 450. I was livid when I was told this since I was never told 600 was what I would need to pay. In the end, I only paid the 350 which was quoted to me in the beginning. This is after I argued the fact the driver told the manager he did not know the way, so at least he did not lie to manager. So, my point is, if the driver did not know the way, why did he take the job! Another thing that I did not like was that after breakfast I returned to my room. I found there was no electricity.

Smoking everywhere! From security to concierge they where all chain smoking which was disgusting

The staff worm welcome, clean room staff was friendly, I know the time was a low season plus the current situation in Egypt, but still Sheraton Hotel has a special inquiry for peoples knew it

I liked the hotel's location as it overlooks the sea. And I'm thinking seriously to spend their my honeymoon in the future Where calm , rest and recuperation so I would like to thank all the employees who worked on our comfort in this place

I don't like is the lack of soap on an ongoing basis in our room...
