One child under 12 years stays free of charge in an extra bed.
One further child under 6 years stays free of charge when using existing bedding.
One further child from 6 to 12 years is charged 50 % of the room stay per night and person when using existing bedding.
Maximum capacity of extra beds in a room is 1.
Any extra bedding is upon request and needs to be confirmed by the hotel.
Supplements will not be calculated automatically in the total costs and have to be paid separately in the hotel.

Great view of the Red Sea, nice rooms. The food was not so good and the staff at the reception desk was not very nice, but all the other staff were all very nice. |

upon arrival the gentleman at the front desk was very gentle and helpfull, the room was clean, the view was amazing,the room service has a good selection and is fast,at the restaurants the waiters are good and the food great my wife and myself was very happy ( ! we wanted to stay three more days but the flights was overbooked ! ) we will return thanks sometimes you have to request more toillet products ( soap, shampoo, towels, etc ) |

All the room are sea view rooms and the weather is nice. Rooms are clean and service is good. Staffs are helpful. I had this vacation with my 2 young children (4 & 2) years and they just had fun. A lot of activities you can do such as playing volleyball, diving, snorkelling, aerobics, and others. For those who miss the sun, that's your place. I have to pick a taxi in order to go to Sharm and the old city. This means cost to more from one place to another. The hotel bus usually is full. since the hotel is about 10 min from the city and you need to take a taxi, you have to order the food from the hotel which is expensive but still you can order from restaurants from outside the hotel. |

I liked the beach and the view and the garden , it was beautifull the facilities was old , the TV didn't work and the water was too cold or too hot , the staff was soo rude specially with the kids , they surprised us with the taxes !! it was too much , and the bus is too expensive to pick us from the airport |

The Food Was Very Good, In addition to the swimming pools. The staff are not professional enough, they ignored the don't disturb sign and entered the room for cleaning. the system was down for one hour while i was checking out. |

Having a free weekend and going away is a welcome treat, however ,the Sheraton was not what we expected. It made a change. One interesting thing, the reps in the hotel and on the beach selling tours and adventure experiences will accept a polite "no thank you" which is refreshing. The hotel is designed for the "all-inclusive" guest, with free flowing booze and below par food. For guests like us who did not go all-in there is limited alternative choice. Reasonable facilities but the "entertainment" is a little holiday camp. |

Very beautiful blue sea and the corals, access to many boat trips The new security regulations supposedly prevent TAXIs from entering hotel grounds, so from airport one may take a taxi and not be allowed into hotel> that should be publicised and the hotel shuttle should be publicised on hotel website and at airport. |

Prachtige ligging aan het strand met een fantastisch rif om te snorkelen. De shuttle service naar naama bay is zeer beperkt. Is ons nooit gelukt om een plek te reserveren. |
