nothing we left and we go to other hotel!!! was vaery very dirty!!! the room that we have closed was with single beds no with double beds and they tell us that they are overbooked so to stay there!also the pool area and the spa was all dirty but so dirty that noone go near there.that hotel must be a 2 star hotel. also 35 minutes from the cairo. |

The location is near the pyramids. It is a neat and clean place and has a lot of tourists The hotel staff took a lot of time in checking for my booking, actually more than 45 minutes. |

The staff was poor in English, though kind. The hotel's facility needs remodelation, and the room with pyramid view was covered by palm trees, not able to called a view. Rooms are small. The hotel shop was a bank- rubber vampire, even profit on stamps! Not qualified as a 5-star hotel. |

staff , Near the pyramids 5 star but OLD ! .. now may be 4 or 4.5 ! , very bad gym and old , The smell of the lobby as the smell of the kitchen, and this five-star hotel and should not happen , Tourist groups of all nationalities and this makes the hotel a little noise , I stayed there for 18 days and I know everything and i stayed there becuse i have exams |

Its garden is splendid and the view on the pyramids is just gorgeous! Very centrally located to this major site of Cairo and its beds are indeed comfortable... The fitness center and some other facilities needs urgent restoration.... |

The hotel pyramid view was awsome. Jaccuzi and other few facilities were not free for the guests. We had to pay for al most everything we used in that hotel which should be free for the guests who are staying in the hotel atleast. |

O serviço de quarto foi eficiente, a localização próxima 'as pirâmides, apesar de ser em um "subúrbio" do Cairo. Baratas que saíam do ralo da pia do banheiro,internet caríssima,serviços oferecidos 'a preços extorcivos, se comparados aos outros locais, taxis, guias, etc.Mas o maior problema é o bairro onde está localizado e se tratar de um Hotel muuuito antigo e que cheira 'a cigarros em todo lugar. |

A localização é boa, nas proximidades dos pontos turísticos. O restaurante no andar superior, com vista para as pirâmides é excelente e serve uma comida maravilhosa. O preço cobrado para acesso a internet é abusivo, cerca de US$ 20 por meia hora. O preço da diária é razoável, todavia os praticados no bar do hotel são muito altos. Não existe nenhuma informação aos hóspedes sobre o restaurante localizado na parte superior, com acesso pela piscina. Só descobri porque fiquei andando pelas sus dependências. |

Goede ligging tov pyramides, redelijke prijzen, goede maaltijden personeel zei altijd ja als ik twee problemen meldde, heb dit drie dagen gedaan, maar geen aktie. Problemen waren: safe defect, en geen washandjes en douchegel bij opschonen van de kamer. Voor een Sofitel was dit eigenlijk een matig hotel (geen 5 sterren) |
