It is close to the airport, what is important to me if you arrive at 2 am in Cairo. Breakfast is disappointing. There are no nice views from the hotel. If you come for the swimming pool (which I did not) and to relax, I would no go here |

The hotel has a very nice reception area and they have a couple of nice restaurants. We were put in the old section of the hotel - the room was large but compared to other hotels in the same price range not that luxurious. |

The staff were fairly helpful and accomodating. You cannot open windows - the only air supply is via air conditioning, therefore the place smells. |

Car hire facility. Shop and bank. The extra charges on arrival. 26% is a lot. This should have been made very clear. We were on a budget and unfortunately did not get to do some things in cairo due to spending the extra at the hotel. The hotel is not a 5star. The room was not very big and there were no tea/coffee making facility. |

Great hotel! Excellent to relax and enjoy some luxury. I was lucky they upgraded me for no extra money to an executive double room with bubble bath and a huge bed incredibly comfortable. Breakfast was very good, a lot of choice and excellent service. |

The Italian restaurant was very good. The pool area was small uncomfortable and appeared to be a dumping ground for old hotel furniture. |

The location of the hotel and the ambience. The warm and caring nature of the staff. The gym and spa. There should be a facility of free internet in the hotel. Though it is provided, but it needs a laptop. As everybody does not carry one, a desktop internet connection should be made available. |

Being met at the airport and having visa and immigration formalities and quick customs clearance orgainsed by hotel followed by quick car ride to hotel. All for no charge. Quick check in and good comfortable room. All very welcome after a long flight to a strange airport and City. And then free ride back to airport. Excellent service and would stay again. |

Very clean and luxury. Rooms very wide and comfortable. Room service excellent. The hotel price was 100 Dollars as communicated on your site, but they added 26US$ of taxes. That's a lot!! Breakfast is not included for this fair and the price is 18US$!! This is definetely too much! Welcome from personal can be better. Smile sometimes can be really appreciated and this is something they miss. |

It was way to expensive for the room we got. What we stayed in was no better than your average 3 star hotel. The toilet didn't flush, the shower was horrible, the bed was not comfortable. I would never stay here again and I feel that the hotel didn't represent itself as it really was, so I feel like I was ripped off. |
