The staff generally. The wi fi Very good location Dinner meals Bedroom staff......excellent The manager/owner and his 'fiddling' of exchange rates etc on initial payments. Charged nearly 11% for my vredit card payment. Told I should have bought $, £ or €. Informed UK friend who brought cash £ with her. He then overcharged her £85 ! Next day she challenged him and he said he had to allow for the possibility of receiving a "poor rate" [its never less than 10EG£ to 1£ sterling. He partially relented and said they should "share the risk", and gave her £40 back!!!!!!! Brit regulars later told me, they always agree payment in Egypt£ when booking independently to avoid his currency exchange 'scams' !! Pity, his actions spoilt an otherwise very friendly helpful pleasant stay!!!

Location to historic sites, close to facillities. WiFi didn't work duing our stay, Incessant pestering by Calesh drivers at hotel exit, Pestering by vaious touts when trying to walk the 4 Kms to Karnak. There is a fine for taking your own drinks into the hotel.

Kauniit näkymät hotellihuoneen parvekkeelta Niilille. Hotellin kattoterassi niinikään viihtyisä hyvillä näkymillä. Avulias ja huolehtiva henkilökunta. Hyvä sijainti. Olin varannut lentokenttänoudon hotellilta tulopäivänä sähköpostitse. Hotelli oli vielä vahvistanut minulle noudon ja saanut tiedot lentoaikataulustani. Kuljetus ei kuitenkaan ikinä saapunut enkä saanut mitään selvitystä asiasta saati pahoittelua.

Simple mais efficace et surtout pour une somme modique nous avons pu garder notre chambre le deuxième jour jusqu'en fin de journée. Comme nous partions en excursion tôt le matin (4h45) l'hotel nous a préparé en toute simplicité des petit déjeuner à emporter. le wifi est un peu lent... La piscine est très frois, vraiment.
