The most important thing I liked is the warmness of the staff, and the quik and prompt action to any demand or request at any time.I Will recommend this hotel to all my friends visiting Cairo. I made my reservation through the Net. But I understoud that the suite of three rooms is for three persons as a maximum, so I booked that suite, and I found that such suite is able to accomodate 6 persons at least. I would like you to put it clear in your web site that the rooms are spacious with a king size bed, and the suits could accomodate from 1 up to 6 persons(1 room suite up to 3 rooms suite) |

i like the location only house keeping staf not friendly,not cleaning very well,not changing the cover for pillow also bed sheet,bath room not clean...the breakfast buffet very very very bad..afew choices..for the food....i think hotel taken more taxes from me>>when i asked them ..they this is for goverment..still i have the papres for next time for compare...if you want talk to the manager..difficult |

equipped kitchen and nice breakfast. "After work" program is also nice. we did enjoy we try to get the city map during our stay. 1st day they told us out of stock and ask us to go back afternoon. After that, we asked for everyday and till the day we left we still not get any map..... |

It is a very modern hotel with all the advance technology, (e.g. surfing the net on the LCD TV) it's free to use the computer and printer in their business centre where all other hotel charge a unreasonable fee. The room is spacious and comfortable, the design of the room is very modern. The staff are friendly but don't speak much English, however, the Manager Adel speaks excellent English and has been very helpful to assist us in our self-guided tour. The evening drinks provide free food, beer and wine is an added value, unfortunately it's not on every day and we only get it for a day during our stay. The hotel's own access to a big shopping centre means we can eat and shop there till late at night and still be safe to walk back. The breakfast menu is exactly the same every day, after two days, I really don't feel like eating it again. |
