need to increase the leisure
- view of the Nile from the roof
I booked 4 nights, but couldn't stand more than 1. - very dirty and noisy location with animals on the street - away of all city attractions and no Cafes nor Restaurants near by. - very dirty roof and pool area - very bad room view overlooking random rural area - front desk wanted to charge me the full stay in advance in order to lock me with them - very bad breakfast, actually some of the dishes had rotting food. - Room had no carpets and nothing on the floor. - very old furniture, actually some of the chairs were broken. - incompetent management that made no effort to make our stay better not even a word or any guest-relation activities - should really be downgraded to 1 star or closed altogether!
The Hotel is really value for money. The service is nice and helpful; however we found some information obtained at the reception deck a bit inaccurate (if not misleading). Moreover, we were given another room after we had complained about the first one (bad air-circulation due to the damaged air conditioning I suppose)) , which was nice of them. The replacement was done with the help of our Arab guide, though. All in all recommended if you want to have a comfortable hotel and save some money. However, I have a feeling that the last year things were a bit better.
Roof top terrace is closed after sunset (i.e. earlier than in Europe) that makes impossible to admire city view in the night. The Hotel charged us more for additional services (ironing & airport taxi) in comparison to the last year, that was simply annoying. Plus the taxi was smaller less conformable, without air-conditioning; instead there were windows opened all the way (40 min) , that finally made us ill.
Its location is very bad, it has no carpets, its private parking isn't clean and have dirty water
Variety in the breakfast menu & good staff.
Size of room is very small. While booking it was shown as triple room, but given as single room with three beds. Anyhow, we managed with it.
Uncomfortable area for women travelers. The rooftop was under construction and the restaurants were closed. There was nowhere to sit except the cold smoky room. The toilet leaked. I wouldn't recommend this place unless you have business in the area or are in a big group and just need a place to sleep. By Egyptiam standards it was expensive for what you get. I think it must have been a great
i dont like it
swimming pool not work and no free water and no free intrnet
We cancelled the booking and stayed there 1 night instead of 3 nights, because the bad treatment we had, as we used the towel to dry some coca cola they wanted us to pay for the towel or wash it by ourself !! This is ridicules, so we washed the towels and checked out. The man who told is that his name was: Mohammed A. Fattah We were very disappointed of the bad treatment.
