Location was near to where I work They lost my cup, and second day they took a glass, in addition to not rplacing shampo and small boxes enough, and when I asked for another glass they wanted to charge me for it

The Location The house keeping and the room facilities maintenance, such as the room fridge is very noise, same the air conditioning machine, in addition all the electrical wall sockets are loose very diffecult to plug in. The booking were requested a high level (floor), room, we got the first floor viewing the pool, and every night a weding party with a very noisy music up to 11PM. The receiption does not respond to our request of changing the room.
