We spent a lovely three nights here right at the end of our trip - after three weeks in Egypt this was a welcome break from all the hustle & bustle of crazy Cairo. Out near the airport, it was quiet and peaceful - so rare in a city that never stops! |

It was great - staff was very nice and accomodations were perfect The picture of the pool and items shown on the website are not for the hotel that we booked but for their chain hotel in another town. That was disappointing as we booked based on the pool mainly! |

Friendly reception staff, very comfortable, quiet room and excellent service package. Staff can be very inflexible at times (just not used to the Western way of doing things) and very stingy with alcohol in drinks. Alcohol is very expensive. |

Stayed in the Hotel 3 years ago and it looked much better- now needs to be brought up to date - refurbished. Hotel has a dated and faded look about it - mainly the ground floor restaurant. |

We chose this hotel because it was a luxury hotel, with a swimming pool, near the airport (plus it offers a shuttle bus from/to the airport). Good for leisure travelers. The location, depending on what you need. It's good if you want to be near the airport, it's quite far away from any tourist attraction, sightseeing, and the center of the city. If you choose it, prepare to hire a car+driver (like we did). |

Affordable luxury at good price. Bed was excellent. Room quiet. Nice breakfast, drinks all day, snacks were apreciated. These services were included in the price. The garden, fitness and the swimming pool were clean and quiet. Pity that the shuttle was organized twice a day for the city center. The return is not provided from the center to the hotel. |

The hotel was a great heaven from the busy streets and chaos from Cairo. Cairo is not a nice city at all. The harrassment of people to buy things and tipping for everything, along with the intense pollution (unlike anything I have seen before, and I travelled quite a bit), noise, and constant traffic, makes vacations in Cairo anything but relaxing. The hotel has a small swimming pool but the facilities allows to relax from this chaotic atmosphere. I really advice bargaining with a taxi driver and keeping him as a driver all day. It cost us about 60$ for the day (8h00 am to 10 pm). We did this to visit the pyramids, and it allowed us to go see other pyramids near by that most tourists don´t get a chance to visit. The hotel was a bit far from downtown. It would be a 20 min taxi ride without the traffic, but we spent about 45 minutes each time because of the intense traffic. At that distance, you can also stay at various resort type hotels in Guiza (which is now a suburb of Cairo) that have bigger pools and instalations and you will also spend about one hour to go downtown, with the advantage of being close to the pyramids, that are the most interesting part of visiting Cairo. Cairo is not a city that you go take a walk for leisure anyways, so you might as well enjoy the hotel and pay for good installations. The Concorde was very good, only that the swimming pool was a bit small. |

The hotel facilities are great, staff was friendly and helpful. Swimming pool was clean. I had a problem with the parking all the time. I was travelling with my family; we were not allowed to have breakfast in the lounge that was designated for our floor because of the kids. We also had the option of complementary drinks all day at the lounge but because of the kids we were not allowed and they wouldn’t send it to the room. |

friendly and helpful staff, fair offer of facilities, restaurants are quite good, with regular weddings going on, mainly arab guests and adapted food it gives a feeling of a local setting the hotel is situated quite far from tourist attractions, there is still field for improvement in cleanliness and top level competence of the staff... the pool is quite little |

Very nice hotel - not too close to any major tourist attractions - one hour from pyramids and 45 minutes from Egyptian Museum. Food was excellent, children's playground, high speed internet for $10 per day, squash and tennis courts for $12 an hour including rackets. Riding stables and casino. |
