Shuttle service precise and pleasant. Check in/out fast and helpful. Rooms are nice, well equipped and clean. In general a very nice and cozy atmosphere.

There is nothing to not like.

- Location, In side a huge sports club. - Style & design of the hotel buildings

- Poor quality of the furniture . - Not up to money value .

Comfortable and clean. Friendly and efficient staff.

Breakfast a little limited.

I visit this Hotel frequently , the most lovely thing is the Friendly Staff , and the Extra care Given Food is not costly , and a lot of Resturants with Nice tastes

This is power problem to the extend that during 1 hour , the Power failed 10 times some re-work is going on , however it is taking long time

We arrived in Cairo late and needed to stay near the airport. The hotel organised our transfers and when we got there the restaurant was still open and we were able to eat.

Not great value for monet

Very expensive for what it was. Given twin bed connecting room rather than double. Had to move furniture to open the connecting doors. Very dated/jaded.

they prevent me to use i was wearing long swiming dress !!!!!! i requested from the managment to satisfy me ...but no answer !!!!

Great location near the airport with complimentary shuttle service; excellent staff that is very attentive to travelers' needs; multiple restaurants on-site with a variety of cuisines; good selection for room service. An excellent stay overall. We will be back again.

Nothing. There was a fashion show in the pool area the same night we stayed - so a lot of people and music in and around the hotel. We mentioned this to the hostess, and she gave us a street-view room, which was very quiet all night long - a great relief and rest for us before our long flights home.

Location is near to the airport, the staff is very friendly. The services for the Executive room are very good and the separate check in on the 2nd floor of the hotel saves waiting time.

- Far from the city - very few tables at the Executive Lounge (most of them are 4-seater & in many times there were only 1 or 2 people sitting)

Hotel is very Comfortable , No Noise , Facilities are OK , and Staff is very very Co-operative

My first stay, changed from my normal transit-hotel in Cairo due to decreasing quality hoping for better service at the Concorde. I was not disappointed. Excellent service, very helpfull staff, swift check in and out. Comfortable and clean room. This will be my future hotel in Cairo, most recommendable.

Location close to airport but far from city centre - hotel a bit isolated and self-contained, not good if you want to venture out in the evening

I liked the location ..which is near the airport. Staff are very good, breakfast is great ..the gym is good.. Sauna, steam and the jacuzzi are great. The safety box in the room won't open in the 3rd day and I thought its the battery. I called them and it took them 30 min to come to the room!! And when he came he had to call another guy to look at it !! when the other guy came he decided to change it.. The whole thing took them almost an hour form the time I report it till its fixed. I think it is alot of time for such a thing. I had to delay an appointment . but in general was nice stay and worth the money

Housekeeping staff arguing with each other loudly in the corridors. The beauty and massage center not worth spending a penny in it

No doubt, the best receptionist all over the world is Mohamed Mega!
