Tropicana Grand Azure  

It was pure luxury! The hotel was outstanding as was the food. Staff were very friendly and could not do enough for you. Location was great too.

room service was poor. my 2 boys (adult,18 & 21 years old) didnt like tropicana because their is no night club at the hotel as other hotels in sharm

I liked the food and the service at the restaurants. The restaurant's staff is very friendly and helpful.

I did not like that there was no entertainment whatsoever at night. I did not like also the lobby bar staff they were kind of rude and not helpful at all.

The main pool is very nice , aqua park is very amusing specially to my children

The pool area closes aroun 5:30 which is very early the aqua park is very crowded long waiting sometimes the crew wasn't helpful most of times

The hotel craw and the food are good

The aqua games were stoped due to maintenance & the room furnitures are not so good.

The hotel is not located in town (about 10-15 min with taxi). The hotel free shuttle is not flexible

The hotel is very nice and very well establish, has a fantastic design for the buildings and the swimming pools, also the akwa park is amazing. Anyone can find the suitable for him and the needed relax with the way which he like. I recommend it for any one searching for the fun and relax in his vacation.

My wife and I liked the quick way we checked in loved the room we were upgraded to the tropicana team fantastic ,food plenty of choice,wonderful grounds,great pools,the beach gritty but no big problem.

Their staff is shit especially the manager in the front disk shady, they treat all Egyptians badly, I dont recommend at all

This hotel is very nice , good maintained , the stuff is very friendly , food is good and varied and always you will find something to eat

We visited for 1 night to see friends who were staying, we had the Executive Suite, a superb room, very spacious, and clean. Hotel had all the facilities you would want, only thing put us off was too many people in the restaurant, like a cattle market,dirty tablecloths, but we only had 1 night, did enjoy the stay.

We arrived 2 days late because of a family emergency and despite trying on numerous occasions trying to call and e-mail the hotel we could not get a response, When we arrived we were forced to pay the full amount in cash up front (including the 2 days we had not stayed) prior to them giving us our room. Our room was sparcely furnished and the bedding and towels were old and well used, the food was the same on a daily basis and of a "school dinner" standard, the reception staff were not very helpful although the bar staff were very friendly. We were forced to check out of our room at 12.00 exactly and then our luggage was not brought to the reception for another hour and a half. This is just a brief summary and is by no means a comprehensive list of our disappointments!

Nel complesso ottimo compromesso qualità/prezzo. Camere discretamente pulite,cibo accettabile, se non si hanno grosse pretese,ottima la possibilià di cenare (gratuitamente ma su prenotazione) in uno dei 4 diversi ristoranti a tema. Formula all inclusive, amata dai russi,polacchi ed inglesi (presenti in massa nella struttura) ed ottima l'animazione non invasiva con eventi serali per I bimbi (da 1 a 10 anni) con balli e spettacoli.Il mare buono, peccato la bassa marea che limita l'accesso in maniera facile al mare. Bar ben forniti di bibite fresche analcoliche ed alcoliche. Pontile in legno abbastanza lungo ma comodo che porta direttamente al reef. Reception e bar nella hall sempre aperti. Nel complesso buono.

Necessita sicuramente di una ristrutturazione. Camere un po' datate, tv ancora a tubi catodici, lettini in spiaggia in legno fatiscenti, brutto l'approccio in piscina ed al mare alla ricerca ed eventuale corsa o levataccia la mattina per accaparrarsi un lettino in prima fila. Le piscine sono 3 comunque ed almeno 2 necessitano di essere pulite piu' spesso e di una ristrutturazione/ammodernamento. Al ristorante con pochi dollari di mancia si ha la possibilità di avere rapidamente le bibite al tavolo. Stancante e snervante il self service delle bibite dove bisogna alzarsi e fare la fila per un bicchiere di acqua. Nel complesso comunque buono.

اعجبنى المطعم وحمامات السباحه والفندق ككل واحلى اصطف هو اصطف المطاعم وخصوصا المطعم الايطالى

تعامل الاصطف مع المصريين وخصوصا الاستقبال حيث لا يراعوا مده السفر وقد تتظر للجلوس لفتره تتجاوز الاربع ساعات عن ميعاد استلام الغرف وهم لا يدرون ماذا يفعلون --- اصطف البارات يتعاملوا مع المصريين بلا مبالاه ويهملونك لانك لا تترك بقشيش لهم واذا وجودا منك اى فائده تجد الاسلوب يختلف والمعامله تختلف وقد يقدموا لك الخمور رغم انه ليس من ضمن المشتملات

Maden i temarestauranter var god, og betjeningen professionel. Koralrevet var fantastisk.

Mange skuffelser angående små detaljer. Personale fik ikke tingene gjort. Receptionen var nærmest umulig at blive betjent af. Logistikken i Marrakesh restauranten var helt utilstrækkelig. Betjeningen i barerne lidt sur og upersonlig. Aggressive sælgere udenfor hotellet. Animation team underholdning meget tyndbenet. For få liggestole ved poolen pga at russerne reserverede stolene tidligt om morgenen. Mange højtråbende og brovtende, rige egyptere.

الخدمة سيئة للغاية ولايوجد اهتمام كامل بالنزلاء وكذلك تسليم الغرف متأخر جدا عن الميعاد المعروف وسوء الخدمة بالمطعم وعدم الاهتمام بحمام السباحة والعمل على نظافته بصفة دورية

الفندق العام مريح وحمام السباحه تصميمه جميل وممتع الافطار لذيذ وجود الامن في كل ارجاء الفندق راقي من افضل فنادق شرم الشيخ

فندق رائع موقع وتصميم هدؤء ينفع للاستجمام وشهر العسل واسعار مناسبه بشكل عام ممتاز وسوف اكرر الاقامه به مره اخري طاقم الفندق متعاون وخدوم ومبادر وخصوصا في المطعم اثناء الافطار ، الغرف جيدة والمسبح رائع والموقع روعة

خدمة الرسبشن ضعيفة .. وقت الزحام يقل الاداء .. والمفروض زيادة عدد الموظفين ..

الفندق نظيف وهادئ تصميم الفندق والموقع جميل والمرافق جميله

هناك تحيز واضح في التعامل بين العرب والروس أو الأجانب بشكل عام

الموظفين متعاونون جدا المطعم الايطالى رائع صالة اللياقة البدنية ممتازة

حمامات السباحة - الشاطئ - البحيره الصناعية - تنظيم و ترتيب الأنشائات - النظافة العامة و بخاصة الشاطئ و الأماكن المفتوحة و الغرف - المساحات الخضراء و أشجار النخيل و التنسيق العام للمنتجع

المساحة الواسعة و التباعد الكبير بين المناطق المختلفة بالمنتجع مرهق جداً و المشى الداخلى كثير جداً ما بين الغرف و حمامات السباحة و المطاعم و الشاطئ و كذلك الجسر البحرى طويل جداً 800 متر و المسافة بينه وبين اللوبى تقترب من 2 كم فلا بد من توفير وسائل نقل داخليه كعربات الجولف

Struttura in ottima posizione rispetto al mare e alla spiaggia. Le camere sono molto spaziose e fronte mare o piscine. La ristorazione ottima sia nel ristorante principale che sulla spiaggia.

Suggerirei di sostituire o riparare I lettini sulla spiaggia!
