Really excellent friendly service from well trained respectful staff. Everyone was courteous and welcoming. The rooms were comfortable and spacious and well cleaned every day The food was excellent with a huge variety and an ever changing menu with food to suit all tastes Lovely pools, comfy sofas in the lounge, great entertainment from a great animation team Incredible price for all inclusive Better than most 5 star

far from anything, beach is not near but shuttle buses are available & good.

My wife and I stayed at the hotel for 8 days and our experience was amazing. We contacted the hotel before and they arranged to send us a taxi, which was waiting for us at the airport. Despite being delayed by several hours they were happy to re-arrange our transport. The hotel was clean throughout, the staff were really helpful with a very good grasp of english. The double was large and sufficiently met our requirements, and was cleaned to a high standard each day, and on our first night the hotel left us a heart shaped chocolate cake, which was a delight. The food in the hotel was of a high standard and varied every day; the cakes were amazing. Evening and daytime entertainment was good and varied. The private beach was a short 5 minute drive away and offered all the same food and beverage qualities. Great hotel and will defiantly be booking a return.

good service for reasonable price. All facilities clean. Staff was friendly. Food was good for price menu changes every day. Nice surprise for me was birthday cake in room.

There are no one shop clouse to hotel. I didn't come for shopping but this fact made my stay little bit unconfortable

I really enjoyed the quality and variety of the food and the cleanliness of the facilities. This place offered excellent value for money and was the perfect spot for a relaxing holiday in Sharm.

Some of the bartenders were a little creepy and kept asking about the girls that were with us.

The food was excellent and there was a lot of variety. As well, the grounds and rooms are really well-maintained and all of the staff are really friendly. I would highly recommend this hotel and I would return in a heartbeat, given the chance.

The bartenders were a little too friendly with the girls that were travelling with us. There was also not a lot going on in the evenings.

Service was beatiful, also price was good.

Only mosquitos were problem, except them eveyrthing was good.

الاهتمام الاكثر نسبيا بالاجنبى عن المصرى من عدد قليل من الموظفين خصوصا المتواجدين فى كافتيريات حمام السباحة او الشاطىء

siamo una famiglia con una bimba di 2 anni e mezzo e una di 9 mesi. Ci siamo trovati benissimo. Le persone sono state gentilissime, la struttura è mlto bella e pulita. La cucina è ottima e molto varia. Spero di tornarci presto

The cleaning was nice

- The staff is nice, but if you are a woman/female/girl - well then count on the staff seeing you as an object and not a person, the staff says "I love you" "are you single" and so on - on a regular basis. Some common flirting is ok - but seriously the cleaner standing outside the door screaming "ARE you inside I love you come OUT" that is not service, that is just poor judgement and bad service and makes the guests feel uncomftarble. It has nothing to do with culture but lack of respectg for women. Me and my friend 28 years old, were really tired of the questions and the "Do you want to date me" questions after 7 days - please staff behave. - The hotel is situated about 15 min by car from Naamba Bay (naama bay is like a bad version of Las Vegas - if you like Magaluf - well go to Naama bay else avoid naama bay and go somewhere else - the beach promenade is the only nice thing) anyway the hotel is placed in NOTHING. no shops around no bars around no culture around just SAND. and some housing. The beach (the hotles private beach is about 15 min by car away) NOT WALKING DISTANCE - Bus to the beach goes every second hour it should bo like every 15 min atleast at a 4 star hotel - this service is just ridicolous - The beach is not the best located, and you can do much better snorkling at Sharks bay or other beaches, that a cab and go to Blue hole or Sharks baby, the hotels beach is just made up of sand they carried there - MASSAGE at the hotel DO NOT GET IT. the staff is not eduacted and promised 1 hour medical massage was 40 min of touchy-feely on the back and their lack of english made commnuicdation non-existens not worth the MONEY -the food at the HOTEL if you are british you will get along fine, if you are scandinavian you will want to get ouf of that buffet after 2 days of french fries, and non-tasty over cooked food.

Отель начинается с ресепшена- приветливость, помощь по всем вопросам(администратор Camel Miho). Номер по нашим меркам просторный, сейф в номере, уборка и замена полотенец ежедневно, по телевизору показывали РТР. Кухня разнообразная, каждый день ужин разных народов, вкусно. До пляжа по рассписанию автобус, ровно 7 минут. Я бы поехал еще.

Из семи дней на пляже в течении последних двух до обеда присутствовал резкий запах керосина. Заказ трансфера осуществляется только на сайте отеля, на месте не заказать.

Majoriteten var äldre folk.

God service og fin mad. Store værelser.

Der var næsten hver dag I ca. 1 til 1 1/2 time total voldsom støj som boede vi lidt på en helikopter landeplads. Det var umuligt at snakke sammen inden tid. Dette bør fremgå af,beskrivelsen af hotellet.
