Pokoje hotelowe były regularnie sprzątane. I w zasadzie to koniec plusów.

Najsłabszy hotel w tej kategorii cenowej! Pokoje wręcz mikroskopijne, na śniadaniach się zatrułam nieświeżą wędliną, stoliki były nieposprzątane po poprzednich gościach. Brak czystych sztućców I szklanek. Obsługa niekompetentna. Przez 5 dni ciekło z klimatyzacji na podłogę. Okropny hotel.

Location. Good price.

We found reception staff quite cold and unfriendly: I arrived on Friday 10th soaked due to a thunderstorm and yet receptionist continued phone call as I stood there dripping wet.

Very helpful stuff.

If you stay longer, you might miss variety on breakfast table.

Great location, very close to the ramblas and bus routes. Easy to get to shops and restaurants, all just a short walk away. Rooms are clean and comfortable, staff friendly and helpful.

Expected to have problems with locals sitting around the hotel area after reading some reviews, but had no problems. The hotel is on a back street so access not so good, and had some building noise during the day, but this always stopped before six pm.

Room too small. Bed too small for 2 adults to have a comfortable rest. No coffee making facilities and no drinking water provided.

We liked this hotel very much. It was extremely clean and while not extremely spacious, had enough room for a comfortable double bed and a good-sized bathroom with space to change and move around. Nice closets, in-room electronic safe, small flat-screen tv with decent channel selection. The staff were nice and answered questions. We were able to get early check-in after asking ahead with no issues. It was also near the Ramblas action (5-10 min walk) without being right on it. Neighborhood never felt unsafe, quite a few bars and grocery stores on street. No street noise in our room.

Walls thin and could hear vacuuming from housekeeping in other rooms during siesta time. Shower leaked slightly but not significantly.

Good and safe location..The stuff were nice and helpful..the room was clean and the price was reasonable....I enjoyed my stay there =)

The room was tiny...some times we couldn't move

Room was very clean and the staff was very polite and helpful. Also free wi-fi in the hotel was useful for planning daily program for us. Location of the hotel is very good. Two minutes walk to universitat metro station. 15 minutes walk to placa catalunya and la ramblas. There were no security problems we usually left our laptops in hotel room and nothing happened. Also there was a safety box in the room.

The room was very small. It was nearly imposibble for two person standing up at the same time.

Acta Bcn 40 is a well designed hotel which is located in an area with all amneties. The rooms are well mantained and the staff is very friendly. What is needed, is to improve the check in times and departure times of the rooms. On the whole our holiday was excellent and the hotel played an important role. Thanks to the all the staff and keep up the good work guys.

I was very dissatisfied.

The room was noisy. The pictures are taken in a way to trick you into thinking the rooms large and its tiny. Water temp is shared so your shower goes from mildly hot to scalding. Staff is unprofessional and not knowledgeable or helpful. The location is perfect if you'r ea gangster. I wouldn't walk around the place past 8 o'clock. Someone tried to sell me drugs right outside...
