The location of the hotel is next to Metro. The room is tidy and clean. The service of the front desk is good. They can speak English. |

We were a complicated group and the staff were truly excellent in dealing with all the problems and with helping us to both work at the hotel and enjoy our stay. Excellent service. It is also very well located and in a nice area |

the day reception staff were friendly and very helpful the night reception staff were hopeless - forgot to book an early morning taxi to the airport, couldn´t advise us on where to eat, told us that the chances were because we didn´t speak spanish we would be ripped off by everyone but didn´t give any advice on how to minimise this. Hopeless. |

Modern room - very clean and up to date. Nice TV, clean bright bathroom, and comfortable bed. Better eating facilities would be nice and free broadband would have been useful. |

Proximity to metro station and to local bars, restaurants etc Very conveniently situated. Also quiet for a main road hotel. For the price (I know there was a tourism fair taking place, so expect to pay a premium), one would expect a decent breakfast, a bar and more facilities. |

Friendly helpful staff Location is a bit removed from centre of city, area is a bit drab but is right beside metro line rooms are very basic no fridge or tea coffee making facilities but vending machine downstairs only spanish TV no Sky or CNN etc would have been nice. |

Friendly, helpful staff, very clean rooms, free breakfast, easy to get to main city attractions by metro, which is few meters from hotel, some good restaurants near, with local cousine, recommended by staff. No, for the price, it was all I wanted |
