Apartment layout was excellent. Great location, 15 minutes to trains and 10 minutes to main bus terminals. Close to restaurants and places of interest. Bathroom excellent and good WiFi.

Some Dishes and utensils were not clean and had to wash before use.

Super location, easy walking distance to many attractions, convenience store, market. Felt safe in the neighbourhood. Friendly staff, modern clean amenities, ultra fast wifi.

Soap was only available in the dispenser in the shower, walls are too thin, could hear neighbours' normal conversations.

parking is hard to find; cleaning only every 3 days; large kitchen but not really well equipped (only 4 glasses, 4 spoons, 4 plates, etc.), appliances though very good (microwave, large dishwasher, ecc.); heating only through AC (nowhere to dry wet things...)

Great place! Location just outside ciutat vella. Lovely amenities, very modern and clean. Tiny Juliet balconies to the street. Kitchen is full and very useful. Loved this place!

Lighting is so modern it sometimes isn't functional. Bed is double and small for American standards. Wifi great signal but I had to sit near the door to pick it up.

Own kitchen for cooking, fridge etc. Very helpful and friendly staff. Well presented rooms, comfortable. Quiet. Walkable to most places. Near Metro station. Good shower. Dishwasher. Bakery, restaurant opposite and supermarket very near. More restaurants easily walkable, ask at reception.

No oven. Studio apartment, not separate bedroom. Asked for twin, only double available.

Location and stuff are simply great.

The design was wonderful, the kitchen was fully equipped and the studio apartment was quiet. The staff was very professional and all had perfect English.

The staff was extremely helpful and friendly, and the place was enough space for the 2-1/2 weeks I was in Valencia. The room was clean, and the kitchen was large enough for my needs. The location was central enough that many stores, attractions, and zones were conveniently located, and the room was perfect for both staying in and going out.

The WiFi was inconsistent and the constant need for cryptic passwords was a real pain, and might prevent me from staying there in the future. Since I was working some of the time I was there, inconsistent WiFi meant that I could not work as much as I had hoped. In the kitchen, the cutting knives were so dull that I actually went out and purchased a knife to use.

The apartment was big. Staff were friendly. Close to the metro. Nice but poorly executed.

The rooms were very poorly soundproofed, we were kept up several nights until 3am while an apartment above us had 'guests' over. The kitchen was sparse, not having an oven, or basic things like salt and pepper. If you needed any appliances or even dishwashing powder you had to go and get them from reception. The power was highly unreliable and went out if you opened the fridge door whilst using the stove. The beds were uncomfortable. On our first night the shower failed to drain. After pulling a huge clump of hair and vomit out of the drain this issue was resolved but not something I would expect to have to do when paying for accommodation. Cleaning only came ever 3 days. The hot water was unreliable and the wifi system of always having to log in annoying.

You'd need a lot of imagination to call these 'luxury flats'. Very cheaply constructed and furnished. You can hear the neighbours on all sides, including children running abound screaming, toilets flushing, people walking, talking, banging doors, etc. Not at all restfull. Bare minimum of kitchen items provided and even lacks some basic ones such as a wooden spoon so you have to cook everything with a metal dessert spoon (in teflon pans). 'Extras' such as toaster, kettle etc. are subject to supply and we couldn't get them. 'Toiletries' is one soap dispenser inconveniently located in the shower so you have to step in it to use. The 'one bedroom' was no more than a single wall between the kitchen and beds, completely open meaning we had to go to bed and get up together. Massive design fault of a window between bathroom and 'bedroom' so either pee in the dark at night or wake everyone up with the light. Finally, the area is reasonably close to the centre but pretty dodgy, drunks hanging around outside, prostitutes a couple of streets away. We felt pretty uncomfortable. All in all, very dissapointing.

The hotel staff was very friendly and helpfull and speak fluently english! The apartment was spacious, had everything you need, except an oven. Bathroom was ok!

There's so much noise coming from the hall and all the flats around you.

It was nice days in 50 flats Staff are very good and there a lady in the reception her name start with M I can't remember her name. She is excellent help me and my family. other ways, it was nice. All you need are available. I give them 8.3 out of 10

Noise isolation( you can hear very very well neighbours and water running through pipes) and water pressure but you can deal with that it is that owful

Good location and very nice staff. Parking at €13 per day was good value, however getting in and out of the carpark took some skill.

Walls between rooms were very thin and the beds were very hard. Not for light sleepers.
