The rooms were large ,spacious, modern clean.

In a good position. Initial impression - a very smart Hotel in a busy location near to shops and bars, and only a short 5 min walk to beach

We were surprised that the Spa appeared to be non-operational. No staff in evidence. The pool area is on the 5th floor roof top and is a relatively small area. Nice sunbeds but there were no cushions on them which made them extremely uncomfortable. Unable to get 'drinks' served by the pool, which meant a trip down to the bar on the 1st floor. Hotel is comfortable and smart but in danger of becoming "non-customer friendly". Only stayed one night....so perhaps needed longer to evaluate

Very well-appointed, clean, ample rooms - no complaints!

I didn't actually go to the beach, so not sure how far it is ... otherwise, right along main drag, easy street parking

Decor was very smart. Upper spa was great with fantastic views. Staff friendly and helpful. Bar food was good.

No facilities in room for tea and coffee.Not enough pillows. Breakfast expensive at 14 euros nearby bars (the pasty shack) were only 4 euros for a great English breakfast.

Our mini Suite (301) very pleasant and we very much appreciated the complimentary Cava and goodies on Christmas Eve The tranquility of the bar in the evenings after hectic days with the family and also the young lady in the bar who helped make our stay so enjoyable

No instructions on use of telephone or shower (Minor items)

Comfort and size of rooms, ultra modern hotel, great location beside plenty of bars and restaurants, but no noise from them. Really nice hotel.

Needs more International TV Channels

Unobtrusive attention to detail.

Super location with onsite (free) parking. Spacious clean and modern rooms. Lots of faciltities on site including a reading/pc room. The sun deck area is very nice however the swimming pool is a little modest, not sure how you would cope for space when the hotel is full? One side of the hotel overlooks the local square, this area have several bars, some of them do play music into the evening/night. Not terrible as on hotel, so joined in!

Convenient location for visiting Los Alcazares & surrounding area.

The location is excellent with access to shops and bars, the hotel is boutique style with a Spa and rooftop pool.The big but is that the restaurant has been closed since the beginning of the year and my colleague who had travelled from Australia could not get an iron as they were all out in other rooms and did not offer maid service for him. This hotel should say this on the website and should also be downgraded to a 3 star and 3 star prices.

Have you ever stayed in a 4 star hotel with no restaurant!! only breakfast at 14 euros.

Spacious, comfortable room. Ideal location for us, as we had booked a meal in the square & didn't want the 30 minute drive home afterwards.

Unfortunately, there was live music in the square on the night of our stay, which meant it was a bit noisy. The shower in the bathroom was not very easy to use.

Friendly staff in Reception and Bar.Bedroom was spacious,clean and comfortable.Pool and Hot Tub on 5th Floor was an excellent amenity with changing rooms and toilet/showers closeby.Towel service also available. It is surrounded by very good cafes and restaurants and an extensive supermarket.It is only 10 minute taxi ride from Airport and a short walk to the beach of Mar Menor.I Would recommend it highly.

There are too few sunbeds in pool area.

Location. Near shops, restaurants, beach.Everything within walking distance (2-3min). Very quite hotel none of the usual sounds from bedrooms or disturbances. Guarenteed a great nights sleep!

Hotel feels more like a business hotel. Staff give this impression also, when checking in, there is no mention where anything is E.g Pool, Spa. Bar is on the 1st Floor (not very welcoming). While we were there we only saw one person having a drink. Lacks holiday 'buzz'
